I wish I could send you my charts so you can tell me what's going on with my body......It's saw tooth but it does go up at the end so I guess I coul be stressed. What gona happens
I'm sorry to hear that it didn't help. The first thing I'd recommend is doing testing to find out the reason why your cycles are irregular. It's hard to give general recommendations on how to regulate them without seeing if there are any underlying causes. I'd suggest to stat with a detox (I'd made a couple videos about that that you can watch here on the channel), not overexercising, and checking out your daily stress levels. Hope this helps!

How can you know your cycle when u don't have a normal period or neither can u predict it? This does not make any sense at all to me

I have these. Started a while ago. Sometimes im a week late. Sometimes my period last 8 days. Sometimes 6. Last two cycles started in time. But each was 8 days long. This time i was 4 days late and my cycle lasted 6 days. Drinking multi vitamins now. Hopefully this will help

Hi I just saw one of your video,just had a question that for having birth control pill for one year I had irregular period like a year then after taking with doctor she said I have hormonal imbalances so have to lose weight that I did.Then last five month my period was so normal like 30 to 35 days cycle.Now this month again my period is pending almost 18-19days.In the same time from the middle of my cycle my lags r cramping frequently like period coming but itâs not.What should I do????

My menstrual cycle is extremely irregular. Iâve been tracking my cycles, not ovulation, for two years now and my AVERAGE cycle length is 54 days... I sometimes go months without a cycle and Iâve gone almost a whole year before. Iâve taken many different birth control pills to âregulateâ my cycle and nothing has worked. Any suggestions?

Thank you so much for your informative video. I have had irregular periods for several months now and know I must see a Dr. I just feel scared that I might have PCOS. But my biggest fear is the inevitable blood tests. Needles. I have the worst trypanophobia so much so that I even attempted to refuse a morphine injection while I was in labor with my first (and only) child. By boyfriend and I have thought carefully and we are planning to have a baby together.. I just don't want to dissappoint him or myself because we would love to have a family of 2+ children together. What is the likelhood of having PCOS, anyone know the stats on this?

My cycle has been irregular for years. I'm late most of the time, a few times I'm early, and it's extremely rare that I'm on time. I was supposed to start July 20th, but aunt flow decided to go on vacation. I should also mention that I seem to miss a period once every 3 years. I assumed that's what happened for July. Well it's almost September and there's still no sign of my cycle. I did an ovulation test today and it came out to "No LH Surge" (whatever the heck that means). I'll be scheduling an appointment with my doctor. I need to figure out what's going on.
You do have to figure this out so you know how to treat the issue. This is the next step for you.

Or being really hyper on it is that normal because when I get it lately ever since I got off The birth control I've been getting it sometimes my. Luckily it is possible to regulate your cycles, however, this would be when an in office professional would be needed. Check with your doctor!

Hi I'm 28 years old and married for 1 and half year and have been trying ever since to get pregnant, it is really frustrating me because I am having great difficulty in getting pregnant, I have not taken any contraceptives in my life and my periods are irregular at times . which makes it difficult for me to track ovulation, but due to that my doctor prescribed yasmin birth control pills for 1 month now I am nt sure if that will increase or decrease my chances of pregnancy and how should I take the pills to get pregnant? Ps: I am annemic and currently on folic acid
You don't take birth control pills to get pregnant. Does your doctor know that you are ttc ? I would 1st check with your doctor and get your hormones tested.
Marc Sklar ,no my hormones have not been tested ... He did mention take the pills for a month to regulate my cycle .. For example I am pass my 28 day cycle and no mentrual cycle yet .

Im morbidly obese..have pcos and am NOT ovulating at 38 years of age.
