Not sure if anyone else has already said this but... I think that cabinet with glass doors goes on top of the other one you had sitting beside it and said it was probably in their kitchen... It's a hutch, I'm pretty sure.

Well they are Jewish. They might be Israeli. Maybe they moved back to Israel, and was hoping to save money, to have shipped to Israel. I know Israeli families that have put things in storage, to later ship to them.

I had a sled for christmas in 1954 and we played with it for years in washington state. Ashley deserves what ever she liked [the disney pins] because she is a great helper for you and so pretty when she is happy about something. Just look at her when you found all those pins!

Such a great unit, no matter the sad circumstances that caused this family to lose their unit, It makes me happy that all these wonderful things can continue to be enjoyed and not end up in the landfill. I do feel bad for the kids though. I have 3 son's and they would be devastated if this were our unit.

That little gold piano is Avon. Circa 1968. It had sachet in it (solid perfume). I have one that my mother gave me on my 16th birthday.

The cup with the alphabet around the top is a traditional baby gift. The cup can be polished, but the box needs to be kept nice for it to sell as a baby gift. These cups were often engraved with the baby's name.

The 2 big pieces of furniture was the top & bottom of a Hutch. & that wood was Oak. I had one similar to that & was from the 80's. The glass part goes ontop of the dressure looking part.

For future reference that “milky” butter dish may glow under a UV black light. Its a clam broth color. The “W” on the milk glass one stands for Westmoreland glass.

That Tempest Tower was custom made for a well known tech blogger Bryan Lunduke in the 80s! Idk the worth but I do believe they were for sale to others..

The little silver cup is solid silver. I had one for my son when he was born and it was identical. His was engraved with his name and birth date. He has it now. Fortunately that one isn’t engraved. Just FYI though this is late in coming. I enjoy your videos!

I saw a yellow arcade machine on the internet on an old arcade machine site that said about 2,500 dollars but that was an old article. Made in 1971 and only 1000 were made in different colors. I think this is the color of one that was in the movie Soylent Green(the movie) When this game was played you could only get the score of 15 and the machine would reset to 0 and start over. Article said the inventors Ted Dabney and Nolan Bushnell moved on to Atari and created Pong. Glad you found info on it too
I’m probably gonna put it online for 10,000 and see what happens. It’s a pretty rare piece definitely have to check and see if it works.

Geodes is gee-oh-ds... A g followed by an a, i, or e has the gee sound. C's are the same way except that it has an sss sound. I don't remember ever learning about that in school, but I learned it while homeschooling my daughter!

Great unit Wade. Samantha American girl is valued between $1,000 to $3,000 depending on condition and if she has all her accessories in the box. The bed will sell separately. I would get all the Nintendo games valued at a specialist store or speak to another reseller who knows. Anthony from Froggy Flips is really knowledgeable on old toys etc

Tandy computers were out of Ft. Worth, Texas, I think. It was probably from the '80's or '90's.
We found a few of them. I was pretty surprised how expensive they are. I’m hoping I find the power cords.
Good call, Peggy. Tandy was here in Ft. Worth. They were purchased by Radio Shack, and the Tandy name was dropped in 2000. As you may know, Radio Shack filed for bankruptcy in 2015 and was sold off in pieces to various entities around the world. Two Ft. Worth icons are gone.
My dad owned a RadioShack when I was a kid and he used to sell Tandy computers. I had one of the first ones! Wish I still did.
Of course the Apple stuff is interesting to me. But hubby would kill me if I bought more.😂
The pocket computers are kickstarters from years ago. I have them in a box. Have not touched them in years.

Wow! Awesome finds! Yeah some of the video games can bring good money. Look for odd names and the company name or if they didn't sell very well at the time they are rare! I would check the NES games Magic? Some of the SNES games are great some are common but still collectors will want the originals which you have. Let us know if the video arcade works? I think 4k for that Game boy display is a good starting point for an auction. Demand for rare gaming stuff like that has went way up the past few years. Good luck and I hope you do a follow-up video.

@@WadesVenturesI know, it's just common knowledge for anyone into video games that finding a Phillips CDI, Turbo Graphix 16, and Sega CD are all considered Grails/BOLOs. Congrats on the 6K. I looked up the Gameboy thing after the CZcams short but couldn't find it.

@@WadesVenturesyep, I haven't found any of those consoles in 10 years of reselling. That arcade game will probably just go up in value over time. Might want to hold on to that one. It belongs in a museum eventually.
