Just saw this post and I really appreciate knowing more about you two. Really excited to see you’re from New Mexico. I live in Albuquerque too. Absolutely love it. Know you are older now since this is 3 years old but you seemed older now this post. I met my husband in November of 1984 and we were married 6 weeks later. Had 23 wonderful years together until he passed away. Keep loving and supporting each other and you have a long life together.

Re: not wanting to cook. When you're in the mood to cook, make double or triple of what you are cooking and then freeze the other one or two dishes. Keep doing that and you'll have a stash of meals in your freezer for when you don't want to cook. 🥰
