If you couldn't tell from lasts weeks no-cook meals I am a huge fan of making things that use little to no heat at all! But I felt like something was missing.. where were the sweets at!? So here are 5 of my favorite easy no-bake desserts for summer! I tried the red, white, and blue cheesecake fruit salad today! I am mildly allergic to dairy, especially in large quantities, and this was easily adaptable. In case people don't know, Cool Whip just has a small percentage of dairy in it and the pudding powder on its own doesn't have any. For the yogurt, I substituted the So Delicious coconut milk strawberry yogurt. It came out really good, my girls loved it. I'll be making it again next weekend as part of an angel food cake trifle. Thank you!

Can I ask you what peanut butter you used? Was it all natural peanut butter?
I didn’t know that fact about the flour! Thank you for the tip about microwaving it. I will definitely do that in the future if I use it in a no-bake recipe. Thanks, Julia!

You can also put your entire bag of flour in the freezer for 3-4 days and it will kill them. I buy my flour in bulk and I found this to be the fastest way. I do this once to all of it and don't have to worry about it any more.
@@monnanugent8168 Thank you for the info! My mother in law always keeps her flour in the fridge so maybe that’s why? Don’t know if the fridge would have the same result or if it would need to be put in the freezer instead. I will try the freezer in the future! Thanks so much!

@@kdash7 I don't know if the fridge is the same. I always hated my fridge/freezer full so I froze mine for 3 days. One shot and it was done. Just remember if you're going to store it for long term storage using a vacuum sealer make sure to let it come down to room temp so there won't be any issues with moisture from it being so cold.

If anyone needs a gluten free alternative for the monster bars, almond flour usually works great for recipes like this, I can't wait to try it! All of these look amazing 😍

You make ahead dishes are really common handy. My daughter is battling breast cancer , has had one surgery that didn’t get it all . She has to go back in chemo and another surgery which makes her feel so bad . Her husband is trying to work and help take care of her too. But your easy quick recipes will help ease the burden on them as I plan to fix up some things and give to them . I do what I can but I’m still working too, trying to share the burden they are both under right now . She’s had one breast removed about two weeks ago and will have to have the same done on the other after chemo and radiation in a few months . She’s my only child and thank God for the blessing of seeing you on yt. Bless you , you are a Gid send.
