When I hit Settings, there is no Bluetooth. Also, my phone settings in the steering wheel (hands free) does not sync.
It use to work, but the Bluetooth is now obsolete

I’ve seen this happen you may need a new radio , try doing a factory reset on it I believe there is a option

Every time I get out the car and get back in I have to reconnect my Bluetooth

Resetting ? You can’t just reset the Bluetooth you can reset to whole radio by going the settings menus and putting back to factory settings or unplugging the battery from the car for 10 minutes , you can delete paired devices , I would try syncing your phone again

@@PRviewsvlogs The Bluetooth option is completely gone from the menu. The dealer wanted a $180 just to run a diagnostic. Another dealer told me that I would need a whole new unit which would cost about $2000. I tried to Disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, an hour and none of these worked. A new representative I found a Bluetooth module for 66 bucks.

@@djpsevendp8 yea I don’t know what Nissan marks ups those radios so much , there is probably a update for the radio , and most dealers will charge about $150 to $200 for this honestly I used to tell my Nissan customer just go to Best Buy and but a $250 double din with Apple CarPlay and android auto you’ll be better off

Talked to Nissan Bluetooth engineer yesterday, there is a factory reset for the head unit. He was obligated not to give out that info. I tried the battery disconnect and even pulled the fuse, neither one worked. The BT engineer had said the same thing. I'm waiting for them to call me back today or tomorrow.

You may need to hard reset the radio unfortunately that is not easy
