Is there a way to permanently toggle Bluetooth to on? Every time I start up my Sentra, I have to manually turn the Bluetooth back on to connect to my phone

How do I change the language back to English in this process. Everything else is English, but when I try to connect my phone for Bluetooth and hands free calling everything is in Spanish. Even tried resetting car to factory settings
