SMART!! Staff use
Why did new boats have such a dramatic price rise after 2020? Cars not so.
Covid. International travel shut down and people spent their money domestically on big toys (boats, caravans, etc). At the same time as this demand increase, supply chains fell apart. Increased global demand and huge restrictions on logistics getting materials and parts into the country on top of increased costs for them. Plus demand for local labour increased so wages boomed. Prices had to go up for the industry to survive.
@Paul Milligan not sold. They can't be the only two industries to increase 20-30%? Maybe I'm just suspicious 🤔
@@claywatt6168 it happened to cars too. People waiting over a year for their new car. Dealers still struggling to get stock. Dealers trying to buy back second hand in particular models for top dollar so they have stock and still flipping them for a profit. It’s all still going on (though to a lesser extent). You can believe me or not. No skin off my nose, but it’s not a guess.
5200rpm seems like it’s over-propped? Would have thought it could do more than 66k/hr with the 200 on it?
They are all way over priced, but as long as we keep paying there going to keep going up end of story.....
Not the best looking boat and they are way over priced
138k? get off the drugs! Can get a stabi or bar crusher for that
yellowfin boats are much preferred over bar crushers, and if u are comparing a Bar crusher to a stabi and thinking are are the same price range or same performance then you are on another planet.
@@stuartkil1463 I fail to see where there was a comparison made between stabi and bar crushers. Keep it in your pants Stuart little
Because you are saying u could get a stabi or barcrusher for that price. Meaning that u think stabi and bar crusher are the same price range, which is very wrong
@@stuartkil1463 you can definitely get a HT stabi or bar crusher for $138k. 2050 stabi supercab around 140k..Not a 7 meter granted probably closer to 6 but still… I know what I’d rather
@@mrsbradpittiful yeah righto mate just make sure whatever you get is pink.
