- Yellowfin Plate's re-launch is massive. There's now 24 models instead of the 10 available previously. Steve Morgan's favourite is the 7000 Centre Cabin (or Walkaround). Mark Steve from JV Marine World takes us for a ride.
It was supplied on a Yellowfin Plate trailer and powered by an Evinrude 200HP G2-stroke outboard. - Sport
Are these yellow fin plate boat foam filled for added safely?
Centre consoles are deadly in rough water. That front section becomes a deadly unwanted ballast tank. One wave over the front and you are sunk!
"terrifying roller type trailer option..
I would prefer to have a Mercury or Zuk 200 hp 4 stroke
Why?
@@mattyoz0 Hi Matt
My preference is 4 stroke motor and I have had both suzuki and mercury 4 stroke. The evinrude are really good and powerful but at low trolling speed the 4 stroke is quiet in the water.
Why the etec??? Put on a decent 4 stroke
Evinrude own the company that makes Yellowfin Plate.
@@mattyoz0 who cares about the power in a fishing boat? If it has enough power to get up and going with a boat full of people and gear that's enough...personally the etecs don't have a good use for fishing boats that can clarify getting one
@@mattyoz0 nice reply lol
@@mattyoz0 anyone that owns a etec knows of the down side mate
@@mattyoz0 the oil cost for one about (90$ for 4L which last about 1.5 trips)...there louder and they also put fumes though your boat
Just a glorified Quintrex trying to compete with real Ally boat builders. No doubt welds are at a minimum
We are amazed by your obvious X-ray vision.
