    People need to be thankful for the old days. Most people can't survive if anything happened now days.. They would be lost and looking for help from people that learned the original way if survival. I'm only 33 but I appreciate the old taught ways.. Much love to the ancestors ❤

    I didn't grow up in Jamaica, and I am not Jamaican, Harlem, NY born and raised, BUT I did experience as a child going to the well to get water, no electricity, no refrigerator in Savanah, GA and chopping wood and cooking on a wood burning stove and the using the out-house, and so happy I did, because it prepared me for today. I really feel sorry for todays children because they don't know how to live with little or nothing much. You are on target. Thank You for the REMINDER!! Peace!!

      So true! That's not new to us who were born in the fifties , we know the shade lamps, the clothes iron we have to heat on the coal stove ,washing like two machines loads of clothes with our hands, grate the corn or the coconut on those big wooden back grater, pounding our coffee or cocoa for tea in those big wooden mortars carved from big tree roots, those were the days, so if push comes to shove and we have to go back to the olden days when there will be no electricity,we would be able to survive. Thank God for knowledge, wisdom, and understanding.

    • @msb1404
      @msb1404 Před 5 lety

      It's best to scrape the carrot with a carrot peeler, you lost less outer layer skin of the carrot, by doing this rather than peeling it with a knife. Iv'e noticed when I used the knife to scrape the carrots it gives it a darker colour (dirty water looking colour end product of juicing.) Carrot, ginger and lime with organic honey or brown sugar Not white sugar.
