    Searching for videos on wireless HDMI transceivers yields a bunch of sponsored garbage. Props for making an actual, technical, impartial review.

    What many people might already have is an AMD graphics card and Chromecast. There you can use AMD Link to mirror your PC to your TV. It is a bit more involved setup, but the upside is that you don't need _any_ extra cables, power adapters, transmitters etc. - all you need to have is both of them to be in the same network.

    So still no easy way to hook up the pc to the tv without the mile long hdmi cable to play darksouls on the couch. I always have hope but It's always crushed.

    This is an amazing video, it is also uploaded to Amazon but the manufacture removed section 3:44 to 4:50 It seems they don't want us to know that the transmitter will block other ports on your device. Quite impractical for my use.

    Thank you for this video. Have a cable box in one room but now the main viewing room is in another part of the house. TV works fine for app based viewing but want to watch sports events in the (new) main room. Cabling not an option so would like a simple transmitter . Looks like the technology isn't quite there yet.

    I bought this kit, once I took it apart and moved the heat dissipaters so they actually helped removed the heat properly they started working great

      Did you make a video of this process?

    • @joshb6470
      @joshb6470 Před 4 měsíci

      No, but it was easy to do, the plastic coloured pieces on the side popped off, then once they were off it was easy to see the clips holding the main outer shell together, remove that and all that was holding the heat fins on was a thermal pad that was easy to remove and reapply

    Hello, I have am amplifier and projector. I am finding my 10m hdmi cable is cutting out intermittently. Will this be suitable to replace my cable as you mention there is a slight lag. My sound will play from the amp but if there is lag on the projector this may mean the picture and sound would be out of sync. What are your thoughts? Much appreciated….
