Improved Kitchen Oven For Powder Coating Using PID Controller

I modified the electric counter top kitchen oven to be used in powder coating. I improved the insulation and equipped it with PID Temperature Controller for better efficiency. Electrical wiring diagram in the video.

Great video. Insulating to controll thermal loss is very important. You may also want to add a heat sink to the SSR.

Hand riveter tool. Used to attach blind rivets to sheet metal.
