Good to see a new video from you, and good to also see a younger instructor using and promoting the Easiest Swing. It just goes to show that the swing is not just for seniors, but for all of us. Since I have adopted this method it has made a huge difference to me. I do some trouble with the driver, where I feel I may not be addressing the ball correctly with the clubface, but at least I now have the fluidity of the swing itself and iron shots have greatly improved. My body is also grateful to you, as no longer back ache after a round. Thank you both. Regards.

Loved the video and the introduction of a new instructor. I always look about 2 inches in front of the ball and this has helped me with my contact with the ball. I do take a divot sometimes but not always. My biggest fault is that sometimes I let the body overtake my arms and I get a pull to the left but I am working on this and hope to correct it soon. It is just a timing issue which I know I will overcome. Please keep the videos coming they make my day.

I REALLY enjoyed your video and am also very happy you are continuing the ES. I read the book and I have had great success here in Jupiter Florida. It is such a contradiction in todays swing. When you crush your first iron it is simply amazing that you can have such freedom. Thanks and keep the video's coming as I do not know anyone here who uses this swing but I do pass it along when I can. The book in really what I use. THANKS

Great video Guys, just one question, club face, open or closed on the way back in the easiest swing?

Thanks Martyn, we love this great question. It can be easily misinterpreted and confuses a lot of golfers. Let's keep this as simple as possible, the club face rotates throughout the golf swing ( open back - square impact - closed through ) and should be allowed to do so. We believe in a natural movement and not influencing or interfering with the club during the swing motion. A golfer should do what feels most comfortable during their swing that allows this to happen.
To back up what Pete is saying, we believe that if you allow the club to swing naturally you should allow your body, arms, wrists, hands, to conform to the swing of the club not the other way round.
I think the pros take divots, especially with short irons, to get that tremendous back spin we always see
Just bear in mind that they always catch ball first before turf
I'm getting much closer to keeping this all smooth and coordinated however I still seem to have a strong impulse to increase my speed when releasing the club through impact. Guess it's that "hit impulse". Any suggestions to overcome this?
Allowing the club to increase it's speed through impact is absolutely fine, it goes hand in hand with a good release through the ball. You just don't want additional effort and force at this point. Remain relaxed throughout the swing and respond to the swing of the club. A Swing Caddy is great for giving you this type of feedback, you will find it encourages more speed through the impact zone, but with less effort in order to do so.

Thank you for all the videos . I am 84 yrs old and have NEVER completed a completed swing .don't know why. I try to follow thru but can't get up on the trail foot toe ..Can you help ,thanks guy 's keep up the great work
