Point taken but what if I just donât want to get caught flat-footed? (Iâll show myself out.) Love your content, guys: it really does edify.
the last shot of the more challenging foot exercise technique does look challenging. The male model does have very nice looking strong veinous bare feet and toes however. Works wonders!
Surely doing this without trainers on that has a flat bottom that restricts feet and toes that actually can play a part in flat footedness, surely itâs better to do it barefooted?
What shoes are those? Are they wide toe?
I imaged searched them and I think they're Vivobarefoots Primus Lite Knit in the color bright white
I donât think late propulsion exercises are a good idea like heel raises because itâs just going to push your center of mass further forward causing flatter feet. I think recapturing hip mobility in hooklying and then moving onto a wall sit hip shift followed by reaching split squats would give you a change over time because youâre changing weight distribution over the feet.
I just tore my Achilles. I am absolutely horrified of tearing my other one when I go back to sports. What can I do as prevention? Same exercises that Iâm doing for my surgically worked on Achilles in therapy?
Strengthen those calves, maybe add some weight if it gets to easy and stretch, also from this point on, warm up before exercise if you havenât already
Does anyone know what shoes those are?
vivobarefoot primus lite in white
