I have a question when you use windows 11 with Ryzen do u have TPM and secure boot on? It's mandatory for valorant and faceit CS2, does revios let you disable it and play or do you still have to have em on?
Heres a guide for those revi os stuck at reliculating spines here some step
1:first open task manger while revi os stuck at reliculating spines by pressing esc+shift+ctrl .
2:find revision then expand it you will see the service name error .
3:right click on it and end the task
And your problem is solved now ...

Do you install chipset after revos its install or just after formating?
when i press revi os playbook it takes me to the site but dosnt say generate download link it says premium download or checking browser?
just asking, have you ever tried installing revios without reset? like there's still a bunch of bloatware and an already installed apps

I noticed a MASSIVE difference in all tested games; Valorant, R6 siege, CS2.
I have a 7800X3D system running 7800MTS ram and a 4090 and legit had a 150 FPS improvement in the R6 siege benchmark over vanilla windows 11
This is awesome when installing it over windows 11 home or pro in Lenovo Legion Go because it has windows 11 home and its original installation of that version was very buggy in my Legion Go, now if I ran windows update it would have probably fixed it, but I chose Revi OS Playbook to keep my settings, drivers and apps and then when I tested it in my Legion Go, it work very well compared to the way it was before I installed Revi OS PLaybook and now I have windows 11 pro inside it than home and my Lenovo Legion Go still runs beautifully.
Hi, I'm just curious, I have a lenovo v14 g2 itl mx350, I would like to ask your experience on installing this Revi os, do you reinstall your windows and run ame set-up *or* just run the ame set-up with revi os playbook to an already existed windows of your lenovo?
@@HereIsKhansu Hi, you can reinstall your windows to a fresh installation and then install Revi OS with its playbook or you can update your old original windows with your windows update and then install Revi OS with its playbook.
The thing is that it is best you backup your original old windows OS in the first place with Macrium Relect 7 or 8 version and if your not sure about how to use Macrium Reflect then it is best that you google it or look it up in CZcams so you can know how to use it and Macrium Reflect does give you a free version of it and when you become familiar with the Macrium Reflect software you then can backup you original old windows OS with maximum compression to then be able to backup your old original
windows OS to a different partition or to back it up on a very large USB stick and then verify with Macrium Reflect the original windows image you backed up and then experiment with Revi OS with its playbook on your Old windows OS or a freshly installed version of your windows OS and then run windows update at first and then run the Revi OS with its play book on your
freshly installed windows or you can download a Revi OS ISO image and then install it on a USB stick with Rufus or to burn it on a blank CD or DVD disk to install it on your PC, but please for God's sake backup your original windows OS with Marium Reflect before messing around with your original windows OS.

Hey, yes, of course, you can do a clean install and then apply the playbook. I mean, Beefy even mentioned it in the video that we (ReviOS Team) recommend doing that before applying the playbook.

I have just installed revi os and tried Warzone 3 after optimizing the game but unfortunately I’m not getting the same fps on regular win 11, I have 5800x3d + 6950xt, used to achieve 230 fps on benchmark now barely reach 200

I found that I have stuttering in Warzone with ReviOS. I tried AtlasOS and the stuttering was gone. I don't know what could be causing it as I would love to use Revi more.
Yes, I get around 800 fps in warzone with regular microsoft windows but with revi os im usually down to 0.5 -1.4fps.

Could be a corrupt windows install? Or maybe power plan changes affect chipset drivers on revi install? Weird fam, good to know tho.
@@Beefy-Tech i have installed revi on a fresh windows install and actually tried it twice. I have used the revi performance power plan and have no chipset drivers installed. I will try to change power plans and also install chipset drivers. Thanks for the idea 😄
@@reizanaliu ohhh, man, run it with chipset drivers and balanced power profile! I had no chipset drivers on the Revi install and it also stuttered! Chipset drivers + Balanced power profile is the AMD intended method and works great.
does this work for the ryzen 9 7950x3d last time i installed it my cores stopped parking themselves
You dont need a stripped down operating system with that powerful of a cpu

That's due to not having disabled anti virus or not updating your windows 11 to the latest version fam.

It's good but it's main purpose is to boost fps but reduces security
atlas os disables mitigations and with atlas os you have windows xp protection, no restore points, and all programs are run in administrator which is really bad
still want a single ISO so easy install it with a USBstick, sometimes you have a laptop with a broken bootdrive, seems like a long way to install ReviOS

Yes, you merely need to enable Windows Updates using Revision Tool

I don't think so fam, but I wouldn't know since CS go gets so much FPS I'd never be able to tell without staring at the exact same spot and looking at an FPS number lol
@@Beefy-Tech i think i saw 1-2 videos comparing these windows and it showed much lower fps with ReviOS but you know it's hard to trust random youtubers

Performance should always be better on revi os. I swear revi os seriously prolonged the life of my 5ghz 2600k by quite a lot. I wouldnt have been able to get as far as I did without revi os on that old quad core.

Hi Ive been using ReviOS couple months now, I can say its good OS but lately Ive been experiencing an issue for example crashes 1-2times a week. Can you create vid tutorial on reverting to windows 10?
To revert to W10 you can only do a full USB reinstall

Windows 10 is worse for call of duty warzone on every PC I've ever tested when both are paired with a custom OS. The highest ever FPS and results I see in cod all come from Win11 23H2 + a custom windows.
What kind of difference were you seeing between both OS’s?
In actual game about 20 FPS differences, in the benchmark, north of 60-70 FPS less on CPU averages, but I believe benchmark is kindof inaccurate so I don't really use it as a point of reference lol@@t7274

yes, but it will allow a bunch more people to look at your private files because of windows update not automatically installing updates

112 processes HUH, i have like 76-80 on a debloated win10pro
I had 70-80on my desktop install too...but the laptop extra tasks as I was using recording software within it and some more things in background for RGB control.

@@GoldenEagle0007 Yes that's why im still on windows 10, 60 processes while gaming with all my stuff running. I dont really run much apps though, msi afterbuner/ rivatuner/ nvidia drivers, fortnite/ warzone/ obs, thats all. I'm really strict about background processes, soo much so tha tI removed the heatsinks on my ram to desolder the rgb chips becuase I didnt want some bloatware running in the background. (Asrock being lazy not putting rgb controls on their boards if they themselves dont come with rgb..)

@@QuaK3RRR There's no clear-cut 'better.' You have to figure out what suits your needs. In the past, Atlas used to strip more components, making ReviOS more versatile for everyday use, not just gaming.
Revi is more consistent then atlas for sure, in that atlas had anti cheat issues with some games. In an outright 1v1 I imagine they are close in performance...but basically revi doesn't sacrifice any daily usability with it's changes.

Atlas is way better
they are pretty similar, imo anyone should just try both or whatever else and use what placebo you prefer
just only use stuff that's open source, closed source windows modifications are cringe
Preferences fam, both are better than default windows after all, but atlas had anti cheat issues in the past so I've avoided it personally. Otherwise nothing wrong with it.
