Recipe for: Irresistible Zucchini Meatballs. Quick and Easy Recipe for a Delicious Dinner!
Necessary products:
3 large zucchini
250 g of crushed cow's cheese
1 egg
50 g of breadcrumbs
Half a bunch of dill, finely chopped
Salt
Pepper
Flour for rolling
Oil for frying
Method of preparation:
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater.
Season with salt and stir.
Let the zucchini sit with the salt for 5-10 minutes.
Drain the zucchini well from the water.
In a bowl, mix the drained zucchini, cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, dill, black pepper and a pinch of salt.
Stir to combine everything well.
Form small meatballs from the mixture.
Roll the meatballs in flour.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the meatballs until golden on both sides.
Arrange the finished meatballs on a plate.
Enjoy your meal!
