This is still one of my favorite grill demo videos!
His excitement is contagious!
Greetings from Cambridge, Massachusetts; time to fire up the BBQ during the lockdown - thank you for the great tips mate!
love this, will be ordering the q1200 from you guys on in the next day or so, in love with this BBQ, will be using it mainly for two but possibly four, hopefully it all works well
I own a Q3000 and it says to always light the grill with the lid open. Love the grill.
The game is to count how many time they say it's "brillant" in the video LOL
floriantux Or "amazing" or "literally" :-)
Abode living
That sounds like a fantastic game.
Great presentation on the weber Q1200 and how to use it along with a lot of great tips you usually don't get unless watching a bbq chef show.. Cinched buy one for my condo where we can't have a propane grill on our private patio but can take a portable to the common patio nearby.
Toast those buns on the grill before stacking them ... After all, you Brits are masters of toast! Great video and love to watch you two.
Jody Ballard Is there a way to incorporate charcoal into the mix with the Weber 1200? The charcoal taste is incomparable! Can you text me your reply? (305) 812-1090 ... I want to be sure I receive your reply.
You two guys are great! I hope you guys get together soon and make some more videos together.

Brilliant!
Yes, it's all absolutely perfect, brilliant and even fantastic, boys, but you did forget the cheese which makes this video slightly short of absolutely perfect! LOL!! Thanks for a really good laugh!!!
Great grilling videos, i'm using a weber q1400 electric. Would be amazing if you would make a video using it.
I'd love to know what the brand n model of that butcher knife is. I love the blad height.
I just finally bought my first Weber Genesis II Grill with the sear burner and since you go are all over the Weber stuff I keep running into lots of good videos by your campany.
Keep up the good work.
You are correct in saying Heinz is the best. Their new organic stuff is even better.
you turned the grill straight to low..... real pro!!
q1200 turned up at lunchtime and we fired it up, burgers cooked to perfection and cleaned up within an hour and a half, love it, burger press was a bit more difficult that the video shows, maybe I need to rub a bit of oil on the insides of the press so neat doesn't stick?
Hi James, glad you're loving the Q1200. It's normal to have to give it a good sharp tap to get the burger out but yes, oil always help. Watch Russell and Richard in this video: czcams.com/video/O4Pw2ScAif8/video.html
+Riverside if it wasn't for these videos I would have never heard of the Q, I'd heard of Weber but well thought a BBQ was a BBQ, lol but after seeing these I was sold and am very impressed with the purchase, it's now been cleaned and tucked away in the shed, lol, thanks guys, will be coming back for some more Weber goodies when the bank allows lol
11:00 whats he doing underneath the BBQ?
Toast those buns you heathens! :)
Why are all the burgers on the corner of the grill. Can it be in the center? Or will it flame up?? Just curious.
Should've used the green painted one.
Burgers would've tasted better.
"Little pack of antibacterial wipes"... Yeah... Good luck finding those in 2020 :D
💯🤣🤣🤣
I have a saying that I usually say ( If you are Looking Your not Cooking).
I have the Weber Q 100 same as the 1200. How long do you reheat the grill for before cooking chicken?

+Riverside brazil as well?
In the UK we say braising steak.
what's the burger press in this video, the 1/4 pounder
The Weber Burger press has two sides, one is a 1/4 pounder and the other a 1/2 pounder. You can see it here: www.riversidegardencentre.co.uk/weber-original-burger-press.html
brilliant.....no fantastic!
Just out of curiosity, when you're speaking about the heat, are you talking BTUs, Celcius or Farenheit?
+Hydraslisk We are talking about Celcius.
What knife was that again ? I'd like to buy one
+Alps P Flint & Flame
Why are those patties placed on the corner of the grill? Really curious...
No particular reason!
Hazzel Ann Albacite
I have a Weber Q , but WHY do you have the patties in the corners instead of the middle, I always put mine in the middle ‘ AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
Because then you don't have flair ups. De grates in the middle are open and semi closed in the corners
What company is the temperature gauge from?
The thermometer probe is from the Weber range. You can see it here: www.riversidegardencentre.co.uk/weber-original-instant-read-thermometer.html
where can I get those burger patty shapers here in the usa?
Great question!
@@leonweinschneider2221 4 years not a single answer.
It's grilling bbq is low and slow
This video could have been perfect if each of them had used the word "brilliant" 5 or 6 more times !

You forgot the beetroot 😊
Processed cheese slices. I would make a bit more effort and slice some nice cheddar cheese. Otherwise you amy as well put a slice of plastic on the burger.
The cook said he would never add salt to the meat before the patty is made, because the salt would 'draw out the moisture, and make the burgers dry' (to paraphrase). Umm, is this really an issue? I mean, even if true, and the salt added to the meat pulls moisture, um, where exactly is the salt? --- it's in the meat. The salt added to the meat doesn't cause the meat's moisture to evaporate into the atmosphere. It doesn't cause global warming, climate change, or worldly whatever. It stays in the meat. With the moisture it is accused of drawing unto itself. Within the meat, where it will stay. Sooo, is there something I'm missing here?... Or is this causing --yet more-- unnecessary panic among the easily-deceived? (The latter, me thinks.)
Great grilling videos, i'm using a weber q1400 electric. Would be amazing if you would make a video using it.
+Joacim Ring We'll keep that in mind!
