The web site is almost entirely aimed at high school students and adult amateurs learning instruments. Therefore 'advanced' in those contexts.

I'm a 7th grade middleschooler and I could play this with no problem.

It’s a very pretty melody, but I’m a French horn player that has only learned flute for Class Woodwinds in college and I sightread this whole thing. This is very very beginner. I’d say 9th grade in high school at the very most.

That’s sight reading. Can you PLAY it the way you sightread it is the question

BL: It's sensible to do some research before displaying ignorance publicly.
The Oxford English Dictionary states that the word flutist (1603) is a much older established word than flautist (1860). Since the English term flute is related to the modern French flûte, it follows therefore that the player of that instrument would be a flutist.
Americans say "flutist" and there are 10 times as many flutists in USA than in Britain, where a superfluous "a" has been inserted.

I think the person playing the instrument should be able to choose what they want to be call, flutist, flautist, flute player WHATEVER!!!
