Damn! Im over here with the impression that they get a new uniform every week😂 thats how good of a job these guys do.
6 years later and we finally got a part 2
Hahaha!
about time!!!
Right before i clicked this I thought “haven’t they made one of these before?”
Ok so I’m not tripping.! lol
God loves us all so much that he gave his perfect son to die for our sins and raised him from the grave to defeat death. Through faith in JESUS we can be saved and reconciled to GOD. please give your lives to him, he loves you, is coming back soon, and really wants to take us all with him🙏♥️
I love these behind the scenes videos. It's all such a team effort. Thanks to these guys! 💙⚡️
You would never think just how much they really have to do great job guys
Currently in school as a sports management major. Ever since I was 10 years old all I have wanted to be is an equipment manager, thanks to the Oregon Ducks. I greatly appreciate these videos, almost makes me feel like I’m studying for when I get to do it on my own! Go Chargers, Go Lions more importantly!
Reach out to your athletics department and try to find equipment managers. I work in Athletics and I promise you those guys always look for help. Getting yourself in the building surrounding the process would go a long way
This is honestly my dream job. I was never very good at football but have always had a strong passion for the game and the process that goes into getting the team ready for a game. Incredible video… hopefully I’m there for the next one.
The music junked another video 👎👎👎👎👎💩💩💩💩😬
Imagine having a passion for "the game" that's 100% rigged and is as real as WWE wrestling 😂😂😂😂
I remember being in that same exact Equipment Room in 1997 -1998 WIth Chris, at that time DOC was EQ Manager & Bob was 2nd in charge. Kevin was Video Guy At the time . Then it was SAN DIEGO CHARGERS, & camp was at UCSD, THE same yr charger park opened up. Fun times, GREAT MEMORIES Traveling with the team.
By going beyond your own problems and taking care of others, you gain inner strength, self-confidence, courage, and a greater sense of calm.
Really good video 10 out of 10 , a lot of hard work that these guys do they deserve all the credit they are getting ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Teamwork makes the dream work, much respect to all EQ rooms nationwide!💪
I would love to work for the Chargers
Who your jersey plug???
@@user-ty8rr1hq3l huh 🤔
it would be dope! & im a broncos fan
This is well made, but I wish they continued the All In series. Even if our players are All Out with injuries and our coach/gm is gone. Would love to hear from our team captains etc on how they’re navigating all this turmoil
They seem to only be "all in" when they feel like it.
@@LifeAsDane they stop them if the team isnt going to make the playoffs. The series is meant to capture a championship season thats why they stop.
No more All In, it's just fluff. I remember so many episodes where it hyped up the team. We suck, period. Focus on better football first.
Thank you for taking caring of the Equipment, the Players Uniforms be looking Nice & Ready for the Game I'm sure it helps each of the Players play their best game when they are dressed right for the part. All because of you and Equipment Teams Work Preparations and for other NFL Equipment Teams. Lights Camera Action! Great Job! Keep up the Good work!
This was my job for 4 years in college and I loved every minute of it. Great video!
Love these equipment videos!
Super cool video - thanks Chargers for a behind the scenes peek 💛💙

Excellent video on the process :) thanks :D

Never apologize for showing feeling. When you do so, you apologize for truth.
Wow! Did you come up with that all on your own?
Absolutely outstanding video. So fascinating
Wow. So much work and things to think about week in and week out.
So glad I got to help out on a moving day when they got here to L.A.⚡⚡⚡

LEGENDS!!!!
We want more
I liked this a lot
When i was in college I was a manager for the football team. During practice I would be catching the kickers punts. It was fun. I don't know if you know a friend of mine. His name is Mike Scifres. He was a good punter.
3:52 you guys obviously know a lot about football helmets, so that being said, I know they don't make them anymore, but could you guys tell me a little about the Vicis 01? (things like maybe where i could still get one, or why it was discontinued, who still uses it, and maybe if yall could post on your yt channel a couple pics or videos of a 01. cuz i love that helmet so much!)
If you kick a stone in anger, you'll hurt your own foot.
I love this! But hey WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL IN!!!!??!!!? Please bring it back next
Year!!
this is dope.
To dream of the person you would like to be is to waste the person you are.
To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there.
This is my dream job!
The crowd yells and screams for more memes.
My son is majoring in sports management and wants to do this. I hope he gets the opportunity to do this for a living.
Love you guys we should be in the play offs hopefully if ownership hear us and gets a coach or a sensei for Justin Herbert he needs mentorship
cool vid
This work is no joke
I love how they just gave up on the “All In” series after they started taking Ls
Anyone notice the navy blue helmet at 1:04? Not a retro blue helmet. Only the outer part of bolt is yellow like the navy ones we have today
I think they use those for practice the week they wear those colors I believe
Hello from Wisconsin remember 1997 I put my resume in for the Packers organization I called back 5 days later and they said he got my resume they put it in the file cabinets but I wasn't hired the guy changed his mind and said he was going to be the equipment manager for another year how much I was just wondering nowadays how much equipment manager gets paid to handle the equipment back then it was $600 a month if you can't play the sport or don't have the talent to play you can always help out with the sports professionally I wish all the people luck on the teams I'm thinking about putting my name back in professionally I wonder if they would have hired someone who is 49 I helped out many years as the assistant helper for the high schools thank you for this video I like it it makes me think a lot of memories when I was sending out resumes professionally😊
We played so bad this year we had to show the equipment managers highlights 😔
Does anyone know how to work in equipment team ? What study if needed ?
This is my dream job
This is my dream job. To get to do this for a NFL team
The last part got me laughing Lmao jewelry keeper 💀😂
Jersey trades are a thing…now? Huh, the sport I played was doing that in the 1980s. Except it was usually a Jersey bet: winner gets the other guy’s jersey.
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
1:11 how has this dude been working for 31 years😂 bro looks about 40 haha
They better pay these guys like the players fr 🗣🗣
Chad's the fuckin guy man.
How can I apply for a job like that?
Do these guys have family??? Sheeeesh
Fire Staley
good thing the RAMS gave these guys a spot to work.
Now let's see how a Playoff bound equipment team does it.
Does anyone know how to work in an equipment staff ? Studies ? (Any team in NFL)
Next episode. From San Diego to LA or How Cheap Ownership Cheats the Fans.
Chad is the goat!
That's some hard a$$ work!
Ain’t it
The newly planted trees were held up by wooden frames in hopes they could survive the next storm.
So where does the cotton, material come from when you re-sow..Nike? 🙌🏼💫
the only person ALL IN is this equipment staff
Equipment managers are the guys who should be paid millions.
Pls notice me I’m a big fan
Is this a consultation for All In?
How can I become a equipment staff member for the Chargers ?
What happened to All In?
You should have had Harbaugh in this video
I want to see the teams nutrition.
#HireHarbaugh
Why not introduce and highlight the seamstress as well?
I dream that my children, who I train in Mexico, will one day have the money necessary to buy them some of that equipment to train with.
When a team win a ring they win a ring
I take back everything I said about the Spanos family ❤
On a real note, how could one apply for a position like this anyways??
Why have the helmets padding on the outside of them ?
Hope these guys get paid good money.
Even with Al of this game day prep, will never fix the terrible chargers 😭
i didnt really got why they need to repair the shirts if they got 100 shirts
Chargers, y’all hiring?
