This was the first NFMS since my dad passed. It just wasn't the same. Enjoy the time spent with your dad. This would have been our 44th show together.
I’m so sorry you lost your father. Deepest sympathies
I remember when we bought our John Deere 9600 brand new with a 8 row corn head and 30 foot wheat head 😂 now it seems so tiny. Stuff is getting massive
I've watched several nfms videos. You definitely not only get ahold of the salesman but you ask the questions nobody else will. Great job! You might have a retirement job as a tractor salesman!
Thanks
God bless our farms and farmers!
Thanks for sharing
Enjoyed your tour of the show.
Thanks to guys.
Very interesting.Thanks Brian.
Great Video Brian & Dad! you guys really Love the Gear, thanks for sharing
Great video. thank you guys
thank you
In Germany they actually used the golden looking Ferrari color to paint the CR11 because of some price they won with it. Ferrari also helped with the design in some areas.
Great video, thanks for the interviews.
I've been going down to the farm machinery show since 2001 and I enjoy going
Case absolutely knocked it out of the park with that AF11. WOW!
Its more like new holland did lol case took exactly what cr11 did
NH and Case are now the same all colors will be changed by 2025 I tink
@user-yr5ee9vm9e they are the same on class 11 machines not on other sizes.
@@CraydenGamingOfficialI’m so tired of hearing these comments. CNH, Case New Holland. It’s the same company. No different than Chevy and GMC, same heart, same chassis, little bit different look and little bit different options.
@@robo1210 yeah ik im just messing with case bud because case always had single rotor and new holland always had twin so I’m saying case is copying new holland with the twin rotor as a joke 😂
Farming is so technical today,,amazing
I went to the 1991 International Ag Exposition in Paris, France. It was a HUGE place. They had everything from livestock shows to equipment, even had beef carcasses to view in refrigerated glassed in rooms, so you could see them without freezing. Way back then there was an automated lawn mower, too! I've been to NAILE twice, at the KY Grounds, but not the NFES in January. On my bucket list. Great video!
Thx Bob BJ Brian for the show on equipment im digging it cheers be safe
One of the best vids of the shows ever. You always do a great job asking questions and find the right people. Thanks brian.
Thanks for another great video Brian and Dad and BJ.
It was super interesting Brian.
I liked the fact you interviewed some of the vendors and asked the questions. Nothing against your counterparts but they do not do that. So I really appreciate the fact you interviewed some of the vendor so we plus you could hear about the product. Thanks.
Those new combines were huge and nice. Getting a lot of attention. Like the spray trailer you looked at for drone spraying. Neat trailer.
Thanks to you and dad and bj for taking us along. Was super interesting Brian.
Take care.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Great video as always
another great video!
Wonder who made the farm model at the show. My husband’s building an 11 gauge train model platform like that. Reminds me of my childhood. Fun.
Good job Brian.
Thank you, Brian, for this in-depth product interview video, the Horsch row crop units are one of the best, Cheers, Leo, Queensland Australia,
Really good video Brian,, 👍
170,000 Subscribers and growing!!!!!!!! Keep up the great work yall.
52 years of this show! Bob, the changes you have seen. Enjoyed the video, thanks.
Nice video 🎉
That miniature grain bin set up was awesome
Good video.
We run twin rotors before it was the cool thing to have! Tr 85 and 98 for a lot of years.
I really need to go to that one of these days awesome
Great video Brian wish I would’ve ran into you guys
U do a good job at interviews
Thanks Brian great tour of the show. After watching the tractor pulls it will be interesting to see what mods BJ makes to the grain cart tractor..... he may have to work a bit more on smoothing out those paddocks. Mind that would make for interesting video content. Thanks again 😅
Went to the show in 1999, was the biggest show I have seen
I love the kubota skid steers due to great reliability with them and the door opening up instead of swinging out so you can get out with the boom not all the way up or down but I have been debating on the teleskid for loading and stacking hay bundles
brian u did the best job on machinery show video
Glad u showed Craig's pulling tractor
Mornin’
So just a side note. Locally here in Nebraska we have a place that handles pro puller tires which are a fresh mold and not a cut ag tire. I believe an 18.4-38 is around $10,400 each.
You really do a great job at these shows when compared to other YT channels.
I've been attending as long a Bob and I sound about the same way when I get in the truck to go home. LOL Wheel chair next year????
The AF11 uses an Axial style rotar and it does use the Pro 1200 monitor,it's classified as a class 10+ those 50ft. Mac Dons have been out since 2022 we use 6 of them
Video good beautiful my friend good afternoon 👍👍👍❤❤❤🌺😮😮😮😮😮
I normally go through the week but went Saturday this time and absolutely regretted it.
Those new combines are just insane, 7-8000bu/hr, thats what we used to do per day!!!!!
Makes you wonder where they will be at in a few years. Really is insane how fast they’ve progressed these machines though.
It was great to meet you guys at the unverferth booth👍
@@Mygirlfriend3141 I did I was just making a comment lol
So as well as the AF11 & CR11 looking similar, the Case guy Lee & NH guy Curtis look like brothers...!?! 😄🌾😉
Hello!
Im a CAT guy too but I need a side door. Im looking at JCB I do like the Kubota with its door that slides up so if you want to run with the front door open you can.
So CaseIH has got a new naming scheme. So I wonder if they're going to rename all their combines. That would be fun to memorize 😂😂. But then again, it makes it simpler in the long run.
Mornin
thought NH was the original rotor combine but I could be mistaken as usual...Great Vid👍👍👍👍🌽🌽🌽🌽🍺🍺🍺🍺
NH DID have the original Twin Rotor machine, back in the, '70's. IH followed with the Axial Flow in late 70's/early '80's. Latter was single rotor, and JD got onboard after 2000 with the STS. CTS was a hybrid of 2.
@@MorganOtt-ne1qj I've watched some vids where the guy had invented the combine with the rotor did he sell it to NH
@@user-yr5ee9vm9e I have no idea, just know NH had the twin rotor before IH had the Axial Flow single rotor. The NH was made in Belgium, I believe, might have been their design bought by NH. 🤷
All the combines you showed are the same I can’t wait to see your harvest next year to see how it performs.
When I think about the thousands upon thousands of acres it would take to pay for one of those machines, i don't think I will live that long.
We’re so sad we missed you by our tractor! We saw you while talking with people but couldn’t get away. Next year!
Yeah you all looked busy as well. Are you going to commodity
@@BriansFarmingVideos yes we will be!
Wes Pandy has a full on inside & out Video tour of the CR11 on His Channel.
Great video! Was wondering why sometimes I can comment and other times I can't? Comment bar doesn't always appear for your videos.
70's New Holland combines were crap we had a brand new one in 72 well it lasted one year got replaced with a new gleaner best combine ever.
tippy toes on any bobcat are real. just don’t let it over centre of max lift capacity 😂
German show is the biggest. 27 Halls .Takes 45 minutes to walk across it
That's awful and ridiculous
More to see and enjoy.@@JarodShapiro
Was you able to line up any demo's or buy any goodies for the farm? Great video 🍻
Still like the side entrance of the JCB
Gotta say Brian I think your fendt looks way better then the red or yellow combine!
Matter of opinion
Sure is!
I agree it does
They finally fixed the Ideal's auger angle, now it actually clears the cart haha
👍
The AF11 is running 2 Pro 1200 monitors in it, no Pro 700 anymore
Hi Brian, thanks so much for the videos.
Could you advise your recommendation on tractors with affordable pricing.
Once again thanks a lot. Kind regards, Zaiful Zuhri (Indonesia)
Hell with being a drone trailer that's a party trailer.
I wonder if the reason no one was allowed in the cab is it currently has the pro 700 but the final product won't? My only guess as to why no one could go in the cab is its not the final product yet
Guess you’ve never been to the World Ag Expo in Tulare,Ca. It just ended last Thursday. Pretty sure they’ve got that show beat!,
Is it inside
Inside and outside due to the primarily favorable CA weather.@@BriansFarmingVideos
Get a jcb teleskid. I have one and you won’t regret it!
Support the home market and keep people employed here as well as the profits here.
1.2 million square feet
Paint & tin. It comes down to paint & tin being the differences. No different than Chevy & GMC pickups.
who was the people you talked to at 24:08? in the video?
Hola , cuantos caballos tiene el Valtra.
Whats the difference between the AF and CR? CNH REP.... only the price tag
So does that mean you can now make a video of the secret combine? Or did you delete all the footage?
Hey Brian I'm not an up to date farmer I grew up on a small grain farm in the 80s and 90s and we just had a John Deere 4400 combine and quit farming in 1997 so not real smart to the new stuff. I heard the New Holland guy talking about the spreader using radar to make sure the trash is spread out over the whole 60'. Why do you need to scatter the trash as wide as your header? Thanks and love the channel
Because you want the residue spread evenly across the cut. Doesn't leave buildup in narrow places, but distributes it over entire swath. That makes it easier to plant behind, either cover crop or the next spring. 👍
The more even of a spread the better. Keeps organic matter in the soil uniform, keeps tillage tools from having any issues getting through the residue. Etc
Brian great video, thank you for being our Eyes at the National Farm & Machinery Show, The only thing I wanted to see is the New Gleaner, but thats Ok I enjoyed you interviews & video, Cheers & Best Wishes to All the Brown Family, Trevor.W.Bacelli Biloela Qld Australia.👍🐕🐎🦄🦌🐂🐃🐄🐖🐗🐏🐑🐐🐨🐨🐨🐨🦘🦘🦘🦘🦘🦃🐔🐓🦆🦢🦋🌺🌺🌺🌽
Gleaners is the same as it has been
Curious the price on tracks versus tires
9250 is $123k for quad track style, $157k for power flex system. Assuming these will be roughly the same.
It does have the pro 1200 in it
Yep sounds that way
2 of them
The current crop of drones are still toys in my estimation.
What is needed are drones that will lift at least 200 gallons of product.
What will an e-drone do that an e-helicopter cannot do-? Nothing as far as I have gleaned about drones.
As well, drones are too cumbersome with their arms extended out to support their rotors. They remind me of a deere with its huge antlers sprouting out.
For what i do ill keep running my 1688
Morning
the RED one is OPTIMUS
the YELLER one is BUMBWEBBWEWEEEE!!!
autobots AGGroMODE UNITE !!!
eh.... yea... something like that....
AWESOME!!!!!!!!!
unpausing and continueingning
what new planter did you get
No new planner just a precision monitor
you need a pre flight checklist before you even get to the field with those new class 11 monsters. unless you jack up the high line wires and widen all rural roads there is only one way to cover more ground (combine in road gear). next they need bigger auger wagons or a mother bin, then bigger semi's then bigger grain leg and bigger bins. it just never ends. when there is only one farmer left in all of America he will still be complaining about crop prices and the weather.
maybe should have held out another year for that AF11
Will be 100s of thousands out of my budget
1.3 million Sq ft it's 30 acres under roof.
If you could have either case AF11 or CR11 which one would you choose
Our CaseIH dealer has a more established service department but then again it would be new to both dealerships so idk
New corn planter?
Yep, and I am pretty sure it is going to be red.
@@joshcrd7925They had a lot of problems with the last red planter they had.
Didn’t say is would be CaseIH red
@BriansFarmingVideos 😉exactly. There are multiple red planters out there. I think you left enough hints in the video tho.
it amazing that all the combines are getting larger but nothing for the small farmer 100 acres and less.
How many farmers with 100ac are going to buy a brand new combine?
@@robo1210 i am not sure what part of the country your from, but north west Ohio and northern Indiana and lower Michigan have a lot of small family farm that has been priced out of the large stuff. Go to the farm auctions you see the small farmer buying 70's stuff because the new is to big and expensive.
@@mrbig4819 didn’t answer my question. If case built a new combine smaller than a class 5 that they already build, how many tiny farms like that are going to buy a brand new combine? Or any brand new equipment for that matter.
So I noticed at the end of the video it appears that you may have forgotten BJ.....
It will be interesting to know if the new AF11 and the CR11 combines will be able to handle 18 meter, ( 60 foot ) Honeybee or 19 meter, ( 62 foot ) GTS Brazilian heads at acceptable ground speeds in heavy small grain crops.
Brian, wait for a year until these two new combines have been well debugged by farmers, then trade the Fendt 9 in for one of these new combines, NH or Case/IH with a 60 or 62 footer on the snout of the machine for more productivity.
No they will eventually go back to the lexion the true king in harvesters. Their largest machine will do circles around Case Deere And Fendt. Already has world record on the books
Case asked Macdon to come out with a 60 foot header. It’s in testing phase right now.
@@joescheller6680 world records can be lost class 10 Lexon won’t have nothing on the AF 11 as far as deere goes they already fallen way behind.
Would you have a link for those Case and MacDon 60 footers-?
Honeybee have been making 60 footers for quite a few years now and they export them to Australia.@@Just_a_Mere_Farmer
I heard a rumor of a 75’ head
That red one is what you should bought lol
i didnt realize drone spraying was a thing in usa how many acres hr can they spray? seems like it would be more work than traditional sprayers filling up all the time and swapping batteries ?
Drones are still toys in my estimation.
We need drones that will lift at least 200 gallons of product.
The current advantages are lower fuel costs, less crop damage, and not adding compaction. Some farmers will use them to air seed cover crops into standing crops.
There are several advantages but in my opinion it is a tool to be used with a sprayer not a standalone tool. In our area people use them for late season burr cucumber and fungicide applications on corn
Do they not sell hot dogs or nachos??? Bummer!
