Hey there! Thanks for the review. The specs of the D4 Duo and D4 Mini are quite different. I would need the dual capsual but wouldnt go for it if the front capsel of tge D4 Mini is better. Whats your impression? Duo and Mini are same qualiy from Deity?

However, I never have to speak in front of the microphone (no vlogging), I only make documentaries but not in the city. Thanks) I think deity is going to fit food for your needs, but I’m not sure about the preamps… 99% it’s gonna work as good as on my camera)

Hey man! Thank you) you can check basically any phone holder with cold shoe on it. They are really cheap and can fit basically any phone)
Is the deity D4 mini good as an indoor & outdoor podcast mic (standing alone on a desk / in my hand) or are there better options for that under a 100 bucks ?
It’s good if you hold it right at your mouth and use the wind protection, because you’ll get the best sound quality when it’s as close as possible to the sound source
I'm using d4 mini now, bought it because its budget and good ratings

Hi there! A question about the Deity D4 Mini - what kind of mics can I attach to the input? I know I could stick in a mic lavalier, but what about, say, attaching a Rode VideoMicro, a Sennheiser MKE 200 or even another Deity D4 Mini in there?
I'm asking because I plan to use the Deity as the front-facing directional mic, while attaching a secondary mic to its input channel to either get ambient sound or point it behind to pick up my voice better.
I'm using a Sony ZV1 by the way.

I guess you'd better buy Deity D4 Duo for it)) But technically you can attach basically any mic to D3 Mini

About Deity D4 DUO, are you sure that front and rear mics works with iPhone? On CZcams there is plenty complains videos that only front mic works.
As far as I’ve tested it - yes, both work…
Is there a certain mic in this bunch that is hotter than the rest? So I can turn the camera pre amps down the most.

Вопрос. Подскажите, если подключить микрофон trrs разъемом в камеру. Тем кабелем который идёт для смартфона, подключиться к камере. Будет работать? По идее должно ведь?
Ну вроде как да, но надо проверять, не могу наверняка сказать, лучше все же проприетарным кабелем подключаться
@@NOlimitsON насколько я понимаю, если в камеру засунуть trrs просто один из контактов (который нужен только смартфону а не камере) не будет участвовать.

Hi! I guess for this budget there is no perfect option for your needs… you’ll have to do post-processing for any of the mic under 150$, because they all pick up quiet a lot of ambient noise

You forgot to test the mic if it has awful camera lens noise when it set to autofocusing
My lenses are all completely silent while autofocusing)
