      Never do this you have to train your body not search for another way to sit all day. This will make you sick I don’t know what you mean by joint pain but my guess you have joint pain in the first place because you didn’t move enough throughout your life and probably didn’t train all your life so that’s where the pain comes from sitting hurts but you should not search for another opportunity to sit that’s the worst you can do and he is selling this don’t buy it

    I'm a decorator, I've had 5 knee surgeries, kneeling is a no go for me for more than about 20-30s. Might have to try this to see if it makes it more bearable

      i mean knee pads have been a thing for basically forever.
      And i feel like any advantage this has over a normal kneepad is ofset by it being awkward to walk in, harder to transport and more expensive.

      Doing physical labour in the past learnt that it's easier to cheese something, master that routine and just continue. Your body adapts and you're stronger in that regard. Years of hammering wood and sawing with a manual saw gave me a larger right arm. It's just how people work. The tool offers comfort but our bodies adapt

    I love how you encourage people, Heidi. When i began wayching you I hadnt done any real gardening in years. I didnt have anything put up for emergency except the bit in my pantry. Between you, Patera and a few others, I've relearned canning and baking bread. I've invested in a dehydrator, now 2. Knowing you have stuff put away for emergencies is such a relief and comfort. Growing your own food is as well. Thank you for being part of my encouraging group!

    This is awesome, I was a stock clerk at a grocery store for a while and used knee pads. People thought it was silly but I’m not putting my knees on concrete all day! Knee pads will probably do the trick if you don’t wanna walk around with a metal brace. No seat for knee pads though, but that’s the trade off.

      Look at the K2S , I've had my pair for over a decade. They are adjustable and I'm 6'4" and around 230. The are also a way better set up theses look like they were built in a 3rd world country.
