Im more of a ribeye guy but I'd be lyin if I said that wasn't perfect. Only thing I personally do different is I do garlic and onion powder on my steak, helps get a good sear on a slightly lower temp so it doesn't blacken but golden browns your meat + flavor. That being said I'd be lyin if I pretended I didn't want that meat in my mouth.
