    I’m assuming the corner level 2 combos involving neutral jump up+hp don’t work on all characters, is it blanka only or are there more ?

      It's easy to do on big body characters like blanka, gief etc, but is a lot harder to do on normal characters like Luke, Ryu, Chun etc, since you needa do a micro walk then a slight delay on the headbutt so you can connect the mp after it (kinda why the timestamp for it has the name it does)

      @@reberosman482 if you don't get the dash after the charged jhk then you're doing it too early. There needs to be a slight delay on the charge
