- Hyperia is the new for 2024 Mack Rides Hypercoaster located at Thorpe Park, in the United Kingdom. The ride is hyped up by many as one of the best coasters, if not the best, in the UK. But do I share this opinion? Check it out in this review!

Have you ridden Hyperia yet?
Where would you rank this when it comes to other Mack coasters?
I would rank in beneath Voltron and TRTH for sure! So from looking at the Mack's that I've ridden I would place it third.
The second Element after the drop is called the Kremer Roll ! 😊
Oooh didn’t know that! It isn’t on RCDB so I haven’t seen that name anywhere
@@coasterstar go watch attraction sources Hyperia event , the inversion is named after Maurice Kremer the track layout designer !!! 😇
Not sure what ride you were riding. That 1st drop is incredible. I was out of my seat all the way down.
Splash down couldn't care less about.
Rattle never really noticed one. Unless it's more prominent on one of train not the other.
I went on Skyrush this year and felt that was a let down compared to this.
The splash down wasn’t really a problem, but I was really bothered by the trims.
I don’t know why but I didn’t get a lot of airtime when going down the drop. That’s a real shame imo.
I’ve heard so many amazing things about the drop so I was kinda disappointed and I expected way more of the drop.
Overall I still think that Hyperia is an awesome coaster and definitely one of the best rides in the UK but I have ridden a lot of coasters that I think are better.
I'm share same thought as tbh I dint really feel any air time down the twisted drop but maybe thata the problem? And this is me been on the very end of the train carriage and even though it's fast and in stages feels intensive I dint really feel any air time as any stage to say it's ment to be 14 sec's air time. It's good but like you been on better I feel swarm and saw the ride is better then hyperia and icon at Blackpool
@@user-sb5vc9nq1e I don’t think you rode hyperia
I think it's a decent enough ride if you're only used to riding coasters in the UK. It's not in my UK top 10 but still a fun ride. If you've been on coasters in europe and America, Hyperia does seem pretty lame, espescially the short length but I can still go on it and have a good experience.
I’m Belgian so I’m used to riding coaster all over Europe. That means I am also used to riding way longer rides 😁
How is this not top 10 in the UK. There’s nothing else in the country that competes with jt
Yes over rated. I went twice on the frint row and just too short and i didn't find it that exhilarating but maybe rollercoasters just don't do much for me. It definitely felt unfinished tbh

Yes!
Yes its overhyped, doesnt have any positive G forces, just lots of airtime and after the first drop its pretty much over. Not scary, its like a family coaster, albeit a very tall one.
Yes that’s one of my biggest problems, it’s not intense even though theoretically it should be!
@@coasterstar I think it's because it's g forces are negative, so instead of pushing you into the seat it's pulling you out. And the curves are not sharp enough to give impactful positive G foces. Nemesis is way more intense. You come off that feeling slightly drunk, you come off Hyperia feeling refreshed. So I think Hyperia could have done with some sharp banking turns at the end after the splashdown just to add some positive Gs.
Yhea! The airtime on Hyperia is one of the strongest points!
@@coasterstar it's like riding to heaven , unlike saw which feels like hell throughout.
Hahahhaa the colours represent the ride experience
