Only possible legal action against such cases is that a complaint can be filed on ethical grounds at the state medical council or national medical council (NMC), and the ethics committee can look into the case, can also possibly revoke his practice license.
Though I doubt that NMC would do anything about it. They are highly incompetent.
Under current govt NMC is also gone look at their logo that has a image of lord dhanvantri considered lord of ayurveda. This logo was adopted in 2022
Hey brother..Great Video Out there😊
My intention being just to educate people in a very entertaining manner, the bg song and expressions are just to grab the attention so that the info passes on and i have already mentioned that product must be used under doctors guidance in my video description 😊
Glad you are making this video so atleast people are aware
But putting out a title that what this Doctor is doing is dangerous is Too much
It would be really nice of you if you can re frame the title😊
Peace
Great content🔥
Hello, thanks for commenting:) Appreciate that you took this sportingly. I've changed the title.
That being said, I still disagree with what you are doing. And I checked the captions on insta, no such disclaimers that a doctor's advice/supervision is needed.
Its in the comment section with pin, if i might have missed on it wud look into it..anyways keep going great content❤
Its not there on insta
u derma guys actully crossing the boundary,, they are so on reels thesedays
Hi Doc, I am following you since your initial days, liked most of your videos except the one where you gave priscription. Please stop doing it.
You are doing a great job❤
love from Kudla
what da doc doin?💀
Some Benzoyl Peroxide creams are actually prescription strength and should not be sold OTC as they contain additional antibiotics in them. The same goes for salicylic acid over the strength 2% and high strength glycolic acid as well. These are not to be used like cosmetic products
But they are cosmetic products and are actually used in similar quantities in everyday high end creams
Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat acne, its used in those beauty creams also.
There are a lot of people who give 's beauty and health care advice, many doctors have youtube channels and do this.
Ok but there are many doctors internationally who give skin care advice on things like acne. And I have benefited a lot from their product recommendations. So I don’t think what he is doing is entirely wrong, maybe he can do longer videos with disclaimers to improve.
Benzoyl peroxide is over the counter medication. And 2.5% is too low a concentration to cause anything. So shouldn't be an issue if anyone recommends it online. But glycolic 12 percent maybe problematic
I used glycolic acid 7% and over stripped my skin
The daily dose of pseudoscience 🔥
One more word at end “roasting”.
No more saying 1st guys
Uhm..second!? 😅
Very well explained ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Make a video on "Shri Kongu Vaduganadha Swamy Temple
" some claim that this temple have sculpture of stage fertilization
Pranav you are an inspiration❤
I have used benzoyl peroxide after being prescibed by a dermatologist only.
Guy's like Dr pal manikam should taught that doctor a good lesson 😂😂😂😂
Do you know dr pal's credentials? I suggest you look it up before making comments like this
Make a full fledged video on fing
Definitely missed reading disclaimer and footnotes of not medical just ed
Can u write a good book regarding such fallacy and pseudoscience within religions?
Any book recommendations from you?
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fallacy
You can read sagan's book "The Demon-Haunted World" although its more about the scientific method rather than finding fallacies but it does takk about pseudoscience
@@Devilhunter69 thq. like something fully indian culture related... uk the umm.. uk right the Indian arguments of Indian religions and all indian pseudoscience that's very original and unique💀😂
It would be good if we find out how the Indian religions were created, like all of them and their fallacies. The book will blow up and hurt lot of religious people.

Why i am not getting notification?
This physicians license needs to be withdrawn. There should legal disclaimers used during the videos.
Thanks for calling out...
So these products have been well researched and documented to treat the conditions as shown by this doctor. However, it is true that a patient can misdiagnose himself just. Many of such videos come with a legal warning that the information should not be construe as medical advice and according to me, I do not think it is as dangerous as Pranav claimed it to be. These are just informative videos telling people that these products can be helpful if you are experiencing any conditions.
Yup, these are cosmetic issues... And OTC works for light issues... And one doesn't need to diagnose themselves if they have some acne and want it to be removed.. Severe forms need medical advice...
Why are you wearing a cap? There is no need to hide anything. Be proud
mmmm
Yes, it's over-the-counter tropical medicine... Nothing new.. I too used the same medication for my acne which my father ( not a doctor but a merchant ) suggested... This is very commonly used in my family..
Works well for acne ( not for severe acne.. Go see a dermatologist ) ... Many cleanser contains benzoyl peroxide...
It's effective for light acne...
The doctor is just informing people about light issues...
You overreacted.. Those are cosmetic advice not medical.. Ask a cosmetologist .. He/she will recommend the same ... The second is in many serums, peels, and toners.. You can find it in Loreal, The Derma Co etc ...
Yeah he's a bit over reacted
But is it ethical? Providing any kind of medical or pharmaceutical advice on the internet? Even if the product is not harmful but there’s things like patient safety, proper dosage, allergies and side effects, and method of usage for any medication.
Even if the product is an otc, still as a medical professional should not fall down the slippery slope of giving out online medical advice.
@@AmeyVikram16 yes it's ethical.. OTC means you can take it without prescription... OTC is for light issues..
@@AmeyVikram16 OTC means you can take it without a prescription... For light issues like acne which isn't severe. If there is a way why not try it?...
It's not medical advice... Medical advice will be counted if it is something severe or related to medicine... It's related to cosmetic dermatology and that too very basic...
Since you can take it without a prescription... It's safe.. You don't get a red warning strip saying to use this only under a licensed medical professional...
For allergies, you can try a small amount... Side effects are very few which aren't some serious trouble... Redness of skin is one of them... And that can happen with any product.. I used Innisfree serum (a cosmetic brand from Korea ).. I got red spots on my face.. I stopped it... The serum contained salicylic acid ( which is also used by a dermatologist but this is OTC )
either it works or it doesn't.. They even said to test it out to know your skin type and what you are allergic to..
So OTC is good for light issues and is generally safe... This isn't just advised by this doctor... Many doctors tell this... I too informed my sister who was suffering from acne about some OTC creams... It helps..
@GOD_SHINIGAMI.07 It's not ethical if you look into the hippocratic oath. Moreover, he is not doing it for service but advertisement for his name, which is not ethical at all. This is all being done to promote himself and make money. Dermas make a huge lump of money right from junior residency where pharma company approach them with freebies to prescribe their products. I would never trust anyone who claims to be doctor online and suggests me some compound.
