For everyone saying they old video should have been left up or for a re-edit. Please remember I did not take that decision lightly, that video cost me a couple of hundred bucks in diesel/ingredients, then took me about 15 hours to film/edit and was getting great views which would have meant I could have at least covered my costs with YT revenue.
I wanted to leave it up SO BADLY, but I had to take a step back and look at what has happened to other places that have been overrun when a video gets put up; and in no time all the locals hate your guts for giving away a secret spot.
Mate, pity re the investment and effort but you made the right call in ensuring the protection of our beautiful lands and also your reputation on the socials. Can I just say the drone B-roll in this one... yesssssss. There's cooking in the bush, then there's this.... nice one pal 👌🏼

Another awesome episode Harry! I have to say, as much as it pains me and my wife not seeing Sam again ... we love the fact that you cook gluten free. My wife is celiac, and it is so refreshing to see some really good cooking out camping ... some of which we can only hope to replicate when we go out and camp with the kids. Hey! I got to see you make my favorite pasta dish again! All good. When you mentioned the 500g of pancetta, what came to mind was a "classic" American food: The Pound o' Bacon Sandwich. Awesome. Einkorn pasta also works well, and is less of a problem than regular.

Made this one. I was so dubious about the eggs only but holy hell. Amazing. I will never make carbonara differently again. Firm fave for camping.

I carry a stainless bucket to heat water on the fire- makes it super easy. But in this case I just filled the wok with water and heated it on the fire.
I can’t remember what my car was like without jerries on the rear to be honest. It definitely doesn’t help handling but I haven’t had an issue- it’s definitely the most convenient and simple water carrying method

One of my Bride's cousins gets the baker to mix several lots of bread dough when she is planning to go camping & freezes the dough in loaf sized lots. When they are required, they come out of the freezer to thaw overnight & be kneaded & proved during the day. I am planning to try something similar with prepared pasta mixes & pre-rolled spaghetti & linguini pasta.
reckon you could do an edit from the better, deliciously gluten filled, version to just show the cooking bit, and not so much the location?

Do you always cook over fire? What if you can't have fires at a camp ground or national Park?
We don’t have a fire ban season up here and I avoid National Parks because of my dog. Always fire, I don’t own a gas cooker.
