They're always so petty. Louis does this and worse to other people all the time, yet when it's done to him he cries about it. I don't get why they can't both just accept it was a move and keep being friends.

Sorry, gonna have to disagree with this one. Louis is critical and mean for sure, but he never uses personal vulnerabilities for career-related gains.
@@neilkannan7081 he embarassed katrina in open court, and he used knowledge of harveys panic attacks to try and get him fired, the second he found out about mike he blackmailed everyone into letting him have something he didn't earn and then used that information to try and destroy rachel's mental health. thats career related gain. louis is petty and cruel.

the issue is that it only matters if Mike was willing to have him charged over this and Louis knew he wouldn't. Lawyers love their loopholes
