VRCS (Valve remote control system).

HPU (Hydraulic Power Unit) : Feeds the system with high pressure oil .
Solenoid valve Unit: Containing solenoid operated Directional valves for distribution of high pressure oil to Actuator.
Emergency Operated block: Connected with portable hand pump to operate the Actuator in the tank for emergencies.
Hydraulic Actuators :Are mounted on the valves and are remotely operated from the CCR through the solenoid valves.

A variety of valves are used in the piping and machinery systems of the ship as per the need of the flow pattern of the liquid. All valves used on ships have the basic functionality of regulating the flow of the liquid in the pipes.
Valves are used for almost all machinery systems on ships for controlling and regulating fluid through pipes. Although valves are known as efficiency decreasing device as they reduce the energy in the liquid flow, their use is imperative in applications where limited flow is required.
Therefore, for any aspiring or serving marine engineer, it is extremely necessary to know about construction and working of various types of valves used on ships.

Please explain how do u change a hydraulic line if leaking and if a cargo valve fails from operating ,,?
You need to keep good spares of stainless steel union couplings also known as ermato couplings and a good enough stock of stainless steel tube fittings. Once cargo tanks are gas freed during ballast voyage , make an entry in cargo oil tank and repair the damaged / corroded pipe fitings .Make sure u keep monitoring the hydraulic oil level of hyd tank whilst trying out the valves after repair.
Q: if have a leaking. Mean not properly shut. How to adjust disc make a proper shut/close .

Try opening shutting a few times , if still leak persists you will have to over haul the valve by changing seat ring which usually gets damaged .O rings may needed to be replaced in hyfraulic room if leak there .Keep a number of spare seat rings onboard , and pumpman will do the job

How much does it cost to service the whole cargo valve hydraulic control system
I am not sure about the cost to service the whole system , but we usually do maintenance schedules as per the systems requirements, any leakage of hydraulic oil needs rectification on spot , so we use emergency hand pump through the blocks provided .
Any major servicing will require dry docking of ship as , this is a very tedious process , passes through the tanks and deck area
