Love the little town of DWG. NJ is our state, nothing around 1300. Rocks smooth out a bit just before unionville. Lots of delis and great food coming for you. Gyps is our fav, right on the lake in NJ, you walk right past it. Great burgers!! Look for bears we're loaded with them and porcupines. Hreat to see Ya Ya back, have fun and thank you for letting us come along.

NC trail to tough for you guys 😁
At the end of my road in the Appalachia Mtns on the ridge of NC & TN...We have had hikers ask us to drive them to the nearest town (which is 10 - 20 miles) depending on which town you wanna go too...have a good restful day...

I wish LMNT was sold in stores, I'd like to try it. I'm not much of a mail-order person, I like to see stuff in person and not have to wait for it to show up. I use Liquid IV, but Ive heard good things about lmnt, too. I might have a problem with it being sugar-free, though. I get headaches from a lot of the sugar free products.
