@@patoanimations420 That's ostensibly the point, but people who don't regularly gamble on scratch tickets don't realistically _expect_ to win any large amount. Even when someone wins big on their own ticket, their reaction is usually shock.
Most people buying a ticket are thinking the point is a spot of gambling fun, maybe double or triple their money if they're lucky. The idea of buying it to win big is laughed off because the odds are just so low.

This reminds me of a something happened to me a couple of years ago:
I then had a workmate who regularly bought scratch tickets, but rarely did he win anything. Once, while we were on lunch break and there was a ticket vendor nearby, we decided to get one for each of us (for me, it was the first one in roughly twenty-five years, since the cheap "tickets-for-children", to win bubble gums, chocolate bars etc.) ... And he lost again, but I won a small amount, but still with a profit. He congratulated, but that murderous look he gave... :)
I didn't even dare to tell him that after finishing work, on my way home, I bought another ticket and won again :D
By the way, I also think that Rowan is trying to cough that ticket back up ;)

Wasn't a clean win though, Adam didn't deserve it. Alan was right in this situation, at least split it with the guy that gave you the ticket. However Alan does still need to lose money to Adam at some point after taking his full pay cheque during Rowans game of heads or tails.

You know, I have to say, I think Rowan know how important friends are, more important then money, as he is a model. He must be filthy rich! And knows the sadness, and the hate money brings. No wonder he gives them pay cuts. To let them apprechiate life. Of the little things. To not make the same mistakes as he did.
My friends you are forgetting we are dealing with one whom has mastered the ancient art of 'Rolley-Polley'... Techniques FAR more developed and complex than just a 'fancy dodge', a master can manipulate ANY part of his body with limbrous dexterity including his tongue (also surprisingly helpful with the ladies!)... That ticket was expertly folded and concealed in his cheek!.. With a little theater and misdirection Rowan taught a valuable lesson, saved a friendship and made 30K.. (as a fellow Rowan i approve!).
