Very very good vide thank you When PCR is defective it throws black black spots on the page is the way to fix it pcr I just have another method to delete it with water

It's in the drum unit, you have to dismantle the drum unit

My HP2055dn 's PCR (38mm) streaks on the very edge. I've wiped it with a Lens cloth cleaner 3 times, but still I get the block of ink every 38mm down the page on the edge. I hesitate to use water. But would water fix this? It only started streaking AFTER I took the cart apart to clean it. Maybe I got some finger oils on it? It is the edge where I had to bang the holding pin (the hardest side) with a hammer (no screws on this model). The PCR didn't look damaged (and in the sunlight, I see no discoloring). Any ideas?
water is perfect to clean the PCR. are you sure the defect is related to the PCR? it's not the magnetic roller?
Hello. I have an hp colorlaserjet printer mfp m182n. The problem is that my printer produces squeaking sound. I have lubricated the wiper blade and drum with the toner but after certain prints , the squeaking sound is again produced. Why does this happen? Is it harmful? Any solution?

can we do manual coating of the charging roller which is always get coated ripped of
the manual coating was done 20 years ago. now a new PCR costs less, the rare times it is necessary to change it
So how do you assess the quality of a PCR?
a visula inspection is enought to evaluate the quality of e PCR. if not damaged, a PCR is a good PCR

What do you mean? the charge of the PCR remains the same

It's a setting problem I think. Are you sure the right paper format is selected in the print settings?

Yes, rotate the drum and clen it with isopropyl alcohol. lubricate the drum with toner

My OKI C332 print fade on left side. Only happen when use magenta color. What the cause of this problem?
Check the drum unit, may be the magenta toner roller is out of position
@@viandant5 Seems the magenta drum okay. Because i try to swap full magenta set to yellow position then print yellow in photoshop and surprise the full magenta print great.
But when i print magenta in photoshop (in printer is yellow because the swap) the yellow result same like previous magenta. Faded left side. Is it relate to transfer belt?
@@asfairul It seems more a software problem. I would try to reinstall the printer driver, and update windows.
@@viandant5 i tried to re-install the printer's driver but cannot solve the problem.
Then, i tried to disassemble the transfer belt and found the magenta roller are not proper align because of the spring has been pulled out. After fixing the spring, the printer working great now.

Without knowing which is your printer it's difficult to say. Try to change the cartridge

Difficult to say without knowing wich printer do you have. May be the cartridge

scanner error. check the belt of the scanner, the connections. if nothing happen change the scanner unit
Sir am using Ricoh SP5200 and My Toner Quickly get in to Waste box. And everytime I Clean Waste box and Cleaning blade then after some Prints or sometimes 1/200 prints thunders of Black Toner apears on Page. i discused with shopkeepers but know one tell me the exact solution , plz. Help me where is the reason
May be the environment is too humid or cold, or the transfer roller is defective, or those toner cartridges come from an old stock

How to check my pcr is good
There is no other way than to test it into the cartridge. However it's a quite long-lasting component
