Glad you mentioned at the end that it will work with other clutches...as long as you get a bolt that goes into the threads on the clutch that its puller would normally thread into. Great video and explanation.
Now that ive already broken the bolt inside my 2013 polaris adventure in the exact manner you explained at the 2:50 ish mark. how do i get that cluch off so i can remove what ever is left of that bolt in my crank? Thanks for taking time to reply much appreciated!
That`s the same as taking out a pilot bearing , What stops the stub from doing a Hydraulic and stripping the threads , I`ve done a hundred old school ones Never a new one .?
Powermodz I have a honda 200es for free and it was rebuilt before I got it and it just sat afterwords and the plastics dry rotted along with the front tire I am getting a new tire but I am not sure about the plastics and I was wondering what I can sell it for
PowerModz ok I didn't know exactly what it could be worth because I don't know anything about them but I am the only one that likes to work on atvs and other off road machines so when I was asked if I wanted it I decided to take the challenge
Love your shows what's your thought they say impacts can rune your bearings I might guess you all ready answered that lol but any comments?keep up the get veidos .
Where are you from would like to meet you I'm in the Cornwall area like 45 min from Ottawa 🙂 ps I love the show been watching you guys awhile now be really nice to meet ya. Take care
oh for anybody wondering if he was telling the truth that you'll snap that Bolt off in a Polaris he right you snap that F er right off I tried it be for I knew the correct way
yes and no, there are tons of pullers out there and i have a box full of them...just when I need a puller it seems i dont have the right one...so i make it work without a puller.....that's powermodz.

learned this trick couple years ago n haven't used a clutch puller since way easier with no risk of damaging pullers or crank

"Could use whiskey, but that'd be a waste of whiskey" Love it
When's the new video?
antifreeze works the best, with water if its not in a heated shop it freezes and make things trickey.

all depends on what someone will pay for it.

For the P85 Polaris, use a 6inch 3/4 fine thread bolt , we use the water method all the time, works like a charm ;)
Yup

Puddle water lol
If you can afford a 5-15,000 dollar snowmobile you should be able to afford a 30 dollar clutch puller!!

Why spend money on a part you don't need the water looks pretty easy I'm going to try it tonight.
Most polaris clutch pullers are threaded on a 3/4 x 16 bolt. Just an fyi.
