Welcome to my vlog, where we cook together, eat together, and have fun together. I share what I eat in a day, along with easy Asian recipes you can make at home!
My in-laws and husbandâs extended family are in town, so let's make a HUGE feast in the kitchen! In total, I made 14 dishes, all of which are super easy Asian recipes you can recreate at home. Some of the recipes will be in my cookbook, which is coming out in 2024; the other recipes I linked below.
Since Dom's and Iâs family are from Taiwan, I wanted to make a few traditional Taiwanese recipes, especially for Domâs grandma.
Nothing is more important than family time. Iâm so grateful I got to cook for them, and all of the families got to share a meal together. Make sure to watch the video for some secret tips for cooking for large dinner gathers!

Looks delicious you make it appear easy! I can tell you cook with love and when that happens I get full just by watching lol. My Korean mom always says that. How did you manage to keep all the food warm? Or is that all able to be eaten room temperature?

I love the way she still enjoy her own food after cooking. When I make a feast, the last thing I wanted is to eat my own food cause I have been taste testing and smelling it the entire time.

My dad is like that, he's the cook in our family and always the last one to eat but that's also because he'd rather have a beer instead lol.
I think it's all abt appetite, some people just have higher appetite

As someone who comes from a super brown family whose love language is cooking and food, and where every special occasion involves breaking bread togetherâŠitâs just soooo lovely to see the amount of effort and love you put into making such a huge feast for your family!! Iâve tried making a three course dinner once for my partner and it was exhausting!! Canât imagine what itâs like making more than a dozen different dishes for so many people!! Youâre amazing!! Idk what it is but outside of this video being PHENOMENALLY edited, and the quick shots of each single dish that was prepared with the title was literally *chefs kiss* but seeing everyone eat on paper plates was so wholesome and down to earth to me. It was so relatable and oddly refreshing.
Literally got halfway through this video before I clicked the subscribe button. This is SO IMPRESSIVE. Seriously, the levels you've gone to to create all these dishes is so inspiring. I cooked for my in laws a few weeks ago and cooked maybe 4 dishes - that stressed me out slightly. But I have new found motivation to do it again after watching this video.

Iâve never actually looked at any of your little cooking vlogs before and only am subscribed because of your shorts. I always thought I wouldnât have the patience to watch the cooking vlogs you make (I watch many channels that make vlogs like yours so I had high standards, the video needed to be entertaining/relaxing enough to keep me watchingđ ) today I tried to watch one because I was bored and I was shocked. Even though I have a different diet (I donât eat pig) and wouldnât eat most of these foods, it was still interesting and delicious to watch and I watched about 5 today. Keep going! I love themđ
