What @MrLover4310 means is that Little Britain was made (over 20 years ago) at a time when the BBC wasn’t afraid to make such comedies. Today, there is no humour on the BBC because the BBC has now become “woke”. It thinks that nobody is allowed to make fun of people incase people who really behave in that way find it offensive. And unfortunately there are several people in the UK today (mostly the younger generation) who find EVERYTHING in comedy offensive. So the BBC has killed off comedy in the UK.
Hence @MrLover 4310 suggesting that if you come over to the UK and (as we all do in the UK) have to pay a tv license fee, you will find there is no comedy on British television any more. All sitcoms have been cancelled (apart from one called Mrs Brown’s Boys - which is just unfunny and uses offensive language for its laughs; even the British public are tired of it).
