the constant need for change or for a blank canvas to start... i wasted 2023 waiting for something to be just right and now that i think about it the little i had is now gone
im gettting out of my lazy girl era LOL
I will stop making excuses/procrastinating and get things done this year
letting go of anxiety / stess > it's not something that is happening me, i anxiety, if i can create it, i can control it!

I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD and it helped me realize that I need to learn to understand how my brain needs to work and find ways to keep track of my day to day life!! After being diagnosed I went out to Spotify and CZcams to find vloggers who’s goals were ultimately similar to mine…. AND GIRLLL… you have exactly what I was looking for! My niece who knows everyone in our family’s birthday got me a little calendar for Christmas and she wrote everyone’s birthday in there. Every single month for the longest time on our family chat room I would ask “who’s birthday is this month” and for 4 years straight I forgot that her birthday was the same day as my anniversary 😂 it’s really bad but I’m so thankful for my niece she said “get your shit together” 😅🥰

this year i've started to wish more and more of just "be happy" instead of "get __ grades" or "go to __ uni" and honestly? life-changing.
looking at yourself in the mirror and saying "my goal is to make today fun and happy" takes so much off your shoulders. not every day will be fun, but as long as they contribute towards your overall happiness, that's okay.
