The most remarkable thing about Gollum is that it costs $70
dont like it? dont buy it. Perisod.its a very simple logic
@@enderzebak2863it can be argued that simple logic would also be NOT PRICING A SHIT GAME AT 70$. Ever think about that? It’s very simple logic.

I'm sick of developers having to put out apology letters for games nowadays
Right? It almost feels like they haven't really playtested their own features. They should be the first group of people to be hyped about their own game, yet I can't believe that they would release some of those titles if they had the opportunity to actually play them.
@@metalcollection1 yeah you'd think they were passionate about what they are making
Refunds should come with apology letters. If you don’t finish your game on time, you have no right to charge $60, and especially not $70 or more
I agree....my trust in pre orders are fully gone now. Just gonna wait till it comes out and see how good it is

You know a game's bad when Falcon barely has anything to say, I love it. His sarcasm and the way he just goes "ooohh" and then starts chuckling a little bit gets me everytime. Then just out of the blue in a nice and jokingly way calls out Jake is icing on the cake
Honey! Where’s my super-suit?!?
because he does not play the majority of the games on his list🤣
falcon rides the wave, but I guess he did not get the memo social media likes Forspoken now.....
"Ten 2023 games that were disappointing at first"
he was trying so hard to come up with anything nice to say about forspoken
I was actually interested in Greyhill Incident, because it looked like Signs. The farm house, aliens etc. could have been scary and fun! I don’t mind janky looking horror games either, sometimes janky is good for the horror genre. Shame it’s just so so so bad.
Play yourself some Deadly Premonition
Area 51 the game go play that.
Greyhill like Choo Choo Charles is good if u know what it is beforehand. I very much enjoyed Greyhill. Its a satire and not meant to be taken too seriously.
Yeah falcon is dumb af for putting a game made by one person the “most disappointing games of 2023” I’d love to see him make a game and let’s see how shit it is.
The level of baffled Falcon gets at bad games is exactly why he's perfect for this type of video.
He's our inner voice, but more articulate than mine
@@authornathanday6983lol
I’ve always thought that that confusion in Falcon’s voice makes him sound like he’s been drinking. Not like he’s had way to much and is hammered, but has had one to many.
Kinda like Bender on Futurama.
oh well ga ymerz, at least we got elden ring before what looks to be a five year stretch of boredom
Whoever made the decision on Jake and Falcon absolutely killed it.
The last few years has taught me to never pre-order video games until they’ve been out and reviewed
preach
the budget gamer in me says just wait for steam sales and GOTY releases
My taste in games has never left me disappointed pre-ordering. Also, nothing in the last few years has come out that I would want to pre-order. I'd pre-order baldur's gate 3 but there isn't a physical release. The real fight is against microtransactions and similar actions. Pre-ordering just reminds me of the old days when you had to buy games knowing nothing about them except what is on the back cover hoping it's good.
FFXVI was worth the preorder
Pre ordering digital shit is pretty stupid all around
Gollum wasn't disappointing. It looked like a low-budget game made by an inexperienced team, and that's exactly what it turned out to be. I'd say Redfall was the most disappointing because it was made a team that had previously put out very good games. You could say the same for Forspoken, it definitely looked like it had potential with the magic/parkour system and the pedigree behind it.
I think this list was reverse, 10 being the worst. Or wait 10 usually is the worst, now I'm confused.
In a top ten list 10 is the worst, so I guess it's true to form.
For $70 I hope that low budget team fails and never makes another game
@@havoc8600 damn chill, im pretty sure the developers themselves dont set the price, they just get told to make a game and they do so, its unfair to pin the price on them
Gollum was a terrible idea from the start. So many great options from the Tolkien universe to make a game from and they pick fucking Gollum.
@@tonyt5711 I blame the devs for the games themselves more. Devs used to care about making games in the past, you know. Today it’s Minimal Viable Product and attach a battle pass.
I’m not respecting any of those clowns
This was a well needed video. Thank you. Shouldnt downplay a company's lack luster effort or greedy decisions when releasing a game, and expecting great results
Redfall and Forspoken are probably the worst culprits, because there was actual hype around these games,as opposed to something like gollum which people were calling a stupid idea from the start.
Ngl completely forgot Forspoken came out. Redfall tho, yeah. Sounded super cool. Then we got a half finished, empty open world with AI so dumb they’d legit couldn’t walk around a box and would just run in place 🤦🏻♂️
Forespoken hype was immense because it was first rumored to be the name of the Endwalker expansion (that’s how long ago the tease was). Thus when it was hyped as an independent title, the FFXIV fans were already on board, creating artificial excitement. Toss in the excellent Endwalker and excitement about 16, and Forespoken was being tied in with those sentiments being from SE. however, once we learned SE outsourced this to a small studio, all bets were off. It should be higher on the list, though, if only because the witting of the main protagonist’s character arc was awful. She’s as insufferable as they come.
Instantly knew Redfall was gonna bomb the moment i saw the trailer. Nothing about it looked good to me.
@@BlakeAustin2011 Was it? If anything, it was crapped on well before it came out by fans and social media warriors, and VG media was very skeptical. Who hyped it "immensely"?
Forspoken was definitely not hyped. All I ever heard was people making fun of the protag and the dialogue.
Gollum is absolutely a remarkable game, simply by virtue of how bad it is. Truly remarkable
One of the games of all time 😂
my precious
@@Burnout121EAtruly a game
It shouldn't really be in this list though. For a game to be disappointing, it needs to be at least a bit hyped. It needs to have expectations around it, otherwise who does it disappoint ? No one ever asked for a game where you control Gollum during the period of time he was imprisoned in Mordor. Like, how did it get greenlit at all ?
Imagine getting the rights to a LOTR game and this is what you decide to make. 🤦♀️
When we saw the first look at Redfall, I knew something was wrong, I hoped it would be delayed again, but after hearing about development, I don't think it would've been saved with more time.
The reason for so many games like this is because people are focusing too much on looks instead of focusing on gameplay and making it look good after. Story and mechanics are 90% of a game.
Yep, the concern of hyper-realism and everything looking life like really hurts a lot of games, ifs possible to have a solid looking game and have great mechanics and story but you can tell when devs/companies have a major imbalance
Most of these games looked like trash as well though. So that can't be the actual reason.
@@ori-yorudan im not saying all of them were visual marvels lol.
High hopes for the second half of 2023! Big games coming and I hope they deliver.
What games are you looking forward to?
@@dayokii Stalker 2 is something to look forward to. I loved the previous games and with the newer tech Stalker 2 should be pretty epic.
@@dayokii in no particular order: Pikmin, Stalker, Avatar, Starfield, Mario, City Skylines, Alan Wake, Assassin’s Creed, and Spider-Man. There are others too. Lots of great potential!
@@mattk2740 Sad thing is that atleast one of these is probably going to be a dissapointment if none are though this could be one of the greatest years in gaming.
I really hope Spider-Man 2 delivers. I’m really looking forward to that one. That’s the game I’m looking forward to this year.
Man, learning about Roberta William's return to games this way is a little heartbreaking, not gonna lie... Though as far as I can tell, she was always more of a writer than a game developer. It's a bit of a shame that she didn't try to adapt to the new world of gaming a little more. I guess she's still burnt from King's Quest 8...
Game grumps actually did a really long playthrough/podcast of this with Roberta Williams. The main reason she made the game was to re-release it for older audiences and to act as a more accessible time capsule of what gaming was like for that time period. So saying it's a bad game doesn't really do it justice, but it's easy to say that without the context.
Part of me wishes she was ceo, with a modern veteran game designer/director under her. But then we probably would have gotten a modern game that paid lip service to classic games.
It is heartbreaking. If anyone needs me I'll be above the bar.
I highly recommend “Not All Fairy Tales Have Happy Endings” by Ken Williams (Roberta’s husband and head of Sierra) to anyone who is interested in the rise and fall of Sierra Online.
I loved all the old Sierra games, my childhood.
That's funny, before i watched this i was watching an interview with Ken and Roberta cause i was suddenly feeling like watching something about the good old times. Infogrames is next
Good list. I'm also a huge fan of Arkane and really sad to see them fall so low. I think that's because of those recent departures.
Exactly why im a subscriber! Thanks for your time and input! I couldn't agree more with everyone of these games
Not sure i would put Gollum on this list at all. To be dissappointing there has to be expectations to fail and i am pretty sure most people forgot this thing was even announced. Me and a Friend sure did.....
You have a good point, it would've been different if gollum had any hype or expectations from the start but literally everyone looked at it, called it a bad idea, and moved on, so its absolutely trash launch is no surprise
A friend and I*
I forgot, remembered a week before it released and was still disappointed
I agreed with Jake Baldino's take on a separate vid, which is that the idea of an actually well executed Gollum stealth game similar to Thief really isn't all that bad. They just flopped hard making Gollum
Bro, he put the alien game nobody ever heard of made by a single guy and hated on it like wtf
I'll still argue it's been a great year for gaming so far with greats like Dead Space, Hi Fi Rush, RE4make, W40k Boltgun, Amnesia the Bunker, Zelda, and FF16
This year is easily one of the biggest years for gaming in a long time, the fact we will get Hollow knight Silksong, TOTK , Starfield, RE4 Remake and FFXVI all in one year is incredible
@@illuminous7937take out starfield and your right on
@@illuminous7937its never been comfirmed that Silksong would release this year though

That Roberta Williams comment def made me feel old. Loved playing King's Quest and Space Quest on my Pentium 60mHz in the early 90's.
Dishonored 2 really really impressed me. It was the first game I spent over 50 hours on. I play a lot of games but give up in the first 15-20 hours. I am on the 2nd last level. This is why Redfall disappointed me.
The delivery of Falcon in his videos is fantastic 😂
The worst part about Redfall to me was completing the first area only to realize that there was so much more to play. After 15 hours, I was done.
I thought about getting it to be a simple, dumb game to play with my wife for fun. But, not for 15+ hours to beat it. Lol.
@@jujuchonk this made me laugh haha
After installing it (free on Gamepass) I just thought... 'Yeah ... Nah'. And uninstalled it. I was done with it before I played it
How? is it boring? I think to buy it
@@jujuchonkit took him to complete the "first area" not the end ire game. I've beaten it and it took me 30 to 4o hrs. Of course it's a open world so it depends on how much side quest, explorring you do.
The action of Forspoken is really good with the parcour. Really good in my book.
Embers Adrift has added alot of updates throughout the year and worth a try now.
Cue Kevin Sorbo as Hercules: “DISAPPOINTED!”
Bro, wtf!? My friends mom used to play Phantasma Goria when I was a kid and we used to sneak in to watch the cutscenes. That sh*t gave me nightmares for real, never thought I would hear that games name again.
I actually like forspoken, huge map and the story is ok. The battle system is different. All in all I would say 7/10
Totally agree, hopefully we get a sequel... the ending totally left us at a cliffhanger!!
I agree I feel like a lot of channels gives it way more hate then it deserves, I found the combat system to be pretty fun over all
I'm so glad I watched gameplay of Greyhill Incident. I was excited and hoping I'd get a Signs-esque horror game but it just was so lackluster
Wanted Dead is a secret gem, tho. Janky and weird but with a lot of heart. I hope they do a second one someday.
Is wanted dead really as bad as people say.. reminds me of Dreamcast sega games dialog tbh, also I want a good hack and slash .. I don’t care about the story. Honestly Ninja Gaiden no one cared about the story.. and the games mechanics look the exact same as Ninja Gaiden.. I’m so tired of slow paced “souls like” games 🤦🏾♂️. Any recommendations out there besides god of war games
@@mss3183 It's not as technical as Ninja Gaiden, but it's engaging if you like a good parry mechanics and crowd control! Dreamcast/PS2 style fun!
Between Gollum & Redfall, we really got some dumpster fire video games this year 😂
To be fair...was anyone *REALLY* disappointed with Gollum? That was a case where you could judge a book by its cover
Forgot about the cringe shitshow Forespoken
and forspoken...
@@bronzin1445I mean yea? It could have been something really cool and different, they just fumbled it so hard it’s almost hard to believe until you see it

As someone who platted Forspoken, I have to say they absolutely nailed the magic combat. Starts off slow but once you get all the abilities, combat is a blast.
I’m assuming that the rest of it makes it bad I’ve never seen so many people shit on a game that looks not that bad especially considering that I feel like cyberpunk got way more Grace
@@zackghost_1 the story is kinda boring but that was really my only complaint.
It's definitely going to be a cult hit. It seems like some people really really couldn't get on with it. While those who did loved it. It feels like in ten years they'll be people singing it's praises still and calling it an overlooked gem.
Playstation exclusives
@medes5597 No way this is happening 😂😂😂. Let me put it this way. The combat is neither new nor improved from games we've seen before. It has elements from inFamous series and not even good visuals. The world feels empty af and there are little things to do. That's no gem. I believe the original poster hasn't played many games and it was her first encounter with that type of over the shoulder shooter.
I was absolutely shook for a moment there when you mentioned Roberta Williams, because that name is associated with someone very different in Australia 😂
Redfall was in a REALLY REALLY troubled development phase to the point where the devs wanted Microsoft to cancel the game but Microsoft was like nah we going through with this
they should have cancelled it TBH. It damaged both Arkane and XBOX/Microsoft Image
None of what you are saying is true. Microsoft has a hands off approach to all studios so they allowed Bethesda to release the game you goofball. You clearly don't understand how companies work

My favorite part of Forspoken was the part where the MC and Cuff repeat "underwhelming, yeah that was pointless"
Every time I see a vampire game I can't help but to think back to how great Infamous: Festival of Blood DLC was.
Wanted Dead had such a great concept. I hope it’s free on game pass. I’ll try it out for fun. It looks cool.
Gollum is easily GOTY hands down. Can’t believe you accidentally put it on this list. It’s okay Falcon, we all make mistakes.
Are you taking a piss?
Another great video. Thanks Falcon and gameranx!!!
I have such high hopes for the second half of 2023, Remnant 2, Armored Core, Lords of the Fallen 2, I'm PRAYING these games don't flop
What did you think about the new Armored Core?
Remnant 2 is boring and they took away all the dope weapon mods of the first game
I remember them hyping the ps5 up with Forspokan, and I thought I was going to buy it. After the demo I thought I’d wait and thankfully saved some money
A few of these ones hurt ngl, that's why now more than ever we need to have moderate expectations when it comes to new games that come out, no matter how good a game studio is or how promising a game looks it's always a possibility it'll turn out awful
Had high hopes for Cyberpunk and Deathloop and was massively let down with both 😂
To your point, we shouldn't overhype games, rather give it some time and make an informed decision before spending money on it. Pre orders are a big time Nope for gaming now.
if it was me three years ago i wouldve pre ordered hogwarts as well, but this time i waited to find out the combat is massively disappointing and not for me, saved i think 70 bucks?
@@SuryaGupta-te7fq I don't get the hype around Hogwarts. Played it, tried hard to get into it but the longer I played the more boring it got. It might be that I'm from a pre-Harry Potter generation and never read the books or watched the movies because everyone I know from my generation who played it felt the same. At least now I know that the Harry Potter universe is just not something I'm interested in.
@@garthmorgan4493I liked Deathloop tbf
I think we're seeing the effects of the pandemic interruptions in combination with the insane push by AAA game companies to build GaaS products. AAA games are more about monetization than they are entertainment.
I agree with you
Perhaps the gaming community should stop buying dlcs, loot boxes, battle passes, and other nonsense
Leave monetization alone, that's what private companies are for.
You think they would of pulled back and really tried to make products worth buying vs products you get money for shooting at a firing range.
@@JukaDominator And as always, hyper capitalists and soulless corporate ideas ruin everything they touch.
I don’t think Gollum was disappointing because no one asked for it. I remember seeing the first trailer and people were like “Who thought this was a good idea?”. It looked bad even from the trailers. How it managed to even sell one copy for $70 is actually impressive.
thank you for putting yourselves through these games for us so we don't have to
Jesus you know it's bad when it needs two parts for a year
lots of games come out….

@@ledumpsterfire6474 Yeah, a TON of games. But still I want Ws for all.
There's probably a Gollum fan out there with a broken dream
They always do it in 2 parts
Modern gaming looks beautiful and amazing because of graphical power. But the bugs and lack of quality game play and things are killing the industry.
In the case of Redfall upper management made Arkane "chase trends" as there other games hadn't sold as well. Which made them develop a COOP shooter with very little experience in the area. Just wish whoever calls the shots just let them make good games instead of trying to make money as the Dishonoured series is phenomenal.
What's killing the industry is people accepting the bugs and patches and supporting microtransactions
Their are other games you can play especially on Nintendo your only looking at mainstream stuff
@@z216ghostnah that ain't it. Bugs, patches, DLCs have always been a thing in one way or another.
nothing is "killing" the industry.
cry babies
Lmao that Alien coming out of nowhere and getting shot. That was hilarious.
“But where it is a remarkable game is…. no where” had me 😂
Wanted Dead doesn't deserve the hate it's gotten imo, my only gripe was the game was over once I finally got the flow of combat down :|
When a major developer starts dropping flubs, I genuinely wonder what their priorities to gamers are and if those priorities have changed. I think it's all too easy to get sucked into profit over product, and it's equally detrimental. I'm glad none of these are on my current PC list.
TLOU Part 1 is worth a buy on PC now, if you haven't played it yet. They totally fixed the performance issues.
diversity is the prob
More often than not the issue lies with the execs in the publishing company, demanding particular things.
I think capcom and nintendo are the major exception these days, the rest will just patch to hell
And rockstar actually
I actually liked the voice-acting in Crime Boss, and the point is to make a game featuring heists that actually available on the Xbox for once as not everyone has a PlayStation(or a powerful enough PC to run it)
Did payday ever get good? I found the free versions on game pass to be pretty clunky. A Payday with smooth fps controls sounds awesome.
@2:51 says magical parkour misses the mark, but shows really cool gameplay of magic parkour lol - @3:22 says the combat is less spectacular when fighting normal enemies, but shows cool movesets and destroying enemies with some badass magical attack XD. I guess Forspoken is something I have to play to understand, because it's looking good in my opinion.
So glad Redfall didn't come to PS5, saved money for Spiderman 2
Keep up the good work falcon 👍
And hi to Jake🤟
I couldn't stop laughing when you called Forsaken a crack at all trades 😂😂😂😂😂
Regarding Grey Hill Incident, the alien does indeed suck you off, so at least that's one positive.
I would argue that Crime Boss: Rockay City Has a lot of potential to be fantastic. The core of the game is a turf war and you run heists to make money to run your turf war. The thing that makes Crime Boss disappointing to me as someone who actually likes the game, is that the turf wars get overwhelmingly difficult. The controls are a bit janky on PC as well. That aside the game is actually fairly decent to be honest and the big name actors make it fun on another level.
"But where it IS a remarkable game is... nowhere" 😂😂😂😂
I might be the only one, but I actually enjoyed playing Wanted Dead
Same, I thought it was suppose to feel more like an arcade PS2/OGXBOX era game
It reminded me a ton of old school ninja gaiden. I loved it.
I feel like people don't really know how to play that game. The difficulty and checkpoint system is probably supposed to be more like old Japanese arcady games like ninja gaiden. The Katana does do more damage than the guns but the guns are there to be just used to take out more annoying enemies from a far and if you aim for the head they go down pretty quickly. You are mostly supposed to get upclose and personal and use your katana and the hand gun mostly. Once you get the combat down, it is pretty easy. Only problem I can say is that it's a little too short.
I’ve been having so much fun with FF16 I was thinking I should try and give Forspoken a chance when I was done with FF16 ! I’m glad I saw this video 😂
I played both and I enjoyed forspoken I honestly think they put more hate towards it then it deserves
@@AnimeCatDad I agree. Like it's not the best thing ever but it isn't the worst either. I ended up returning it after I finished it because it wasn't worth full price to me, but I would definitely buy it on sale again in the future. The story was good for awhile (even if Frey made me roll my eyes quite often with her attitude) but kinda falls flat towards the end but I get that because apparently the writers were forced to re-write the story last minute. So ya know, for having to rewrite it quickly last minute it's passable.
Tbf the gollum game would be the same idea when you put the next elderscrolls in the cat territory. Their was simply no way possible that it could work.
I wouldn't call Gollum disappointing. For something to be disappointing you have to expect something good and I dont think anyone expected this game to good.
ur right we all know it will fail from the beginning hehehe
Yeah it's true even if they've put more effort it's hard to make a good game with Gollum as the main character. When I read Lord of the Rings, Gollum is one of the characters I don't care much about, so hardly any game would impress me at all. I would prefer Tom Bombadil any day.... at least it would have been more entertaining also because almost nothing is known about him they could have made a very interesting game to that character.
Honestly forspoken still looks fun to me even in all the clips you're complaining about. I bought it and haven't played it, but I really don't think it looks like a bad game. At the very least it looks fun. Which is kind of the most important part man.
You gotta try it out later, it got a huge update on May. The game is much better and challenging after that.
Yeah give it a shot. I played it at release and it was frustrating seeing the game get bandwagoned. I had a blast during my playthrough. The combat and movement is a lot of fun. I didn't feel like I HAD to do all the world map things, but they were there if I was making my way to some other point of interest. All in all it's a fun game, not game of the year, or a 10/10 or anything, but I don't regret playing through the entire story.
The glitches for pc TLOU was so funny tho 😅 floating beard Joel, permanently T-posed Tess, and floating head Ellie.
I actually enjoyed Wanted Dead and found it to be a pleasant surprise as my expectations actually weren't all that high to begin with.

Unpopular opinion: I actually really liked Forspoken. I liked the story and I was bummed that it got bad reviews so probably won't be getting a sequel or dlc.
It has DLC: In Tanta We Trust
I agree. It was more fun than people gave it credit for. It got bandwagoned pretty hard, but the game itself was a blast and is one of the games I actually completed this year before moving on to another one.
I feel like it’s just popular to hate and honestly people who talk bad about half of them never played more then an hour
The saddest thing about redfall isn’t the game, it’s the fact that it made the people who made Dishonored LEAVE the studio. So they’ll never be the same studio again.
The minecraft legends one suprised me a little bit. Haven't played it myself but i've only heard positive things about it. The entire point is about pathing issues, showing the most crooked and badly constructed bridge ever tho :D
I was digging through the comments to see if anyone else said it. That bridge was garbage lol. It barely touched the upper level and mostly just guided the units to their doom. The fact that some of them made it up there is impressive.
Hello! I'm one of the five people in the world that absolutely LOVED Forspoken, like, a lot. I'm happy I got it day one, full price, and will definitely return to it. Though, I 100% get it if people don't like it. I have a thing for 'bad' games.
Anyway, love you guys, keep at it 💪
Hello im another one of the 5 that loved forspoken and there is now a free dlc
Same here and it gets no credit for being the first to use direct storage that will be an amazing tech going forward.
Kerbal Space Program 2. KSP might be my all time favorite game. With all the delays and behind the scenes problems with KSP 2 I had already dramatically lowered my expectations. It failed to even meet that.
Remember when every 90s and many 2000's games came with instruction books? Now they come with apology letters .
He and the rest of the crew are all perfectly suited for what they have been doing for years which is why they are the best channel for video game info IMO
Forspoken got killed b4 it even came out and we all know why. And Redfall the only problems I have with that game is that I wish it had open lobbies.
Glad i played the forespoken demo before deciding weather or not to make the purchase. Bullet dodged
Gollum had some great ideas. Okay.... It had one good idea... The trying to argue with yourself, trying to convince yourself to do your decision was very interesting and I liked it a lot.
This was a great video i I didn't even know about a few of these but they definitely looked super underwhelming for sure.
I haven’t even watched this yet, but I just know Gollum is at number 1
I didn't play many of the games on this list, but I did play Forespoken. The only issue I had with it was the repetitive lines during combat.
I love the fact that in the Gollum devs "apologize post" they even misspell it. "The Lord of Ring: Gollum"? thought it was The Lord of The RIngs: Gollum"
Wanted Dead is on this list?! Nooooo! I still wanna play this and Forsaken. I’ll grab both once they’re in deep sale.
I love how everytime I see forspoken gameplay it’s from the first hour of gameplay lol nobody cared to go further and see how good the combat and world is
I think it's been said, but Gollum should definitely not be #1.
I mean, really, who was disappointed by it? I don't even know a single person who even knew that game was coming out, let alone be excited for it.
Redfall is a better description of disappointing, as people actually expected a lot from Arkane, and XBOX was actually touting it as its next big thing.

Gollum wasn't disappointing for me cause I expected it to be bad. There was no way they could make a good game out of that story. Any other character would have been fine. A Legolas game would have sold like crazy. Stealth archery turns into badass archery turns into blades. Sick.
I really think alot of people didn’t even give Forspoken a chance because of what they’ve y seen online
I for one did enjoy the hell out of it, going back today to play the free dlc
@@jessebond562 i just finished the main campaign so i was planning on checking that out as well!
@@dantelaws if you are one to do trophies the dlc to 100% took me about 3 hours. Short but good!
Wait the Greyhill Incident was a serious game? I thought it was one of those "poop killer #93" type of games that was meant to be kinda bad
I had not heard of Greyhill before watching this list.
Yeah this channel is reaching
That quip about Last of Us’ load screen time was priceless 😂
I only played Redfall once, but I had a real romp with it, honestly.
I actually enjoyed Forspoken's traversal, had a good time zoomin around the map.
You just make a little mistake. The Arkane who did redfall are actually Arkane Austin, the Arkane who did Dishonored/deathloop/prey are the french studio Arkane founded in the city of Lyon. Both belong to bethesda but Arkane Austin is just a secondary studio. 😉
"It's not a remarkable game in terms of visuals, BUT where it is a remarkable game is....NOWHERE! It's not a remarkable game." 😂😂😂
I feel bad for Gollum. Daedalic Entertainment has made some of the very best modern point and click adventures, but with Gollum they had to go into a realm of different game genre, since point and clicks dont sell currently anymore. And they failed, and now probably go bankrupt and more of their forte from their, their well written and beautiful point and click games.
Square Enix learned from Forspoken, and has thrown the F bomb everywhere in FF16 like a kid that just discovered swearing.
That's what I felt when I played the demo. lol Glad I'm not the only one who thinks this.
Not really? The only moments i noticed it they seemed thematically in the right place (Not going to spoil it) but the end of the demo is a good example
I disagree, excluding the demo and that one guy who screams fuck like 15 times, there's been very few times where a character used the word, and when they do it feels genuinely impactful
@@rooster1610Like the end of the demo, i thought if anything the swearing added to that final line to make it a lot more impactful
...Bullshit!...*turns around and plays nu-metal music*
Some games really get you from the start and I wish there where more like that. I hope that future games don’t have parts where you don’t like or are famous for that bad part
You seem to know what you're talking about. Care to mention some good zombie games for PC like that ? I've already played dying light & dead Island & I'm not into TLOU & the walking dead. Any other suggestions ? I'd appreciate it.
@@dejawho4147 I don’t play zombie games the only one I’ve played is walking dead saints and sinners and it’s alright
@@dejawho4147dead rising 2, left 4 dead, days gone
@@masrr3678in the middle of days gone atm. Heavily underrated but I'll look into the others as well. Thanks !
@@Seanb575sounds good thanks anyways 😄
When Falcon acknowledges Jake, almost feels like it's breaking the 4th wall.
Greyhill Incident got a patch a few days after release. Idk how good it is but it has 4/5 stars on Xbox
