I just sold the Model 3 and will take a 6 month break before going with anything else. I’m building a house and unfortunately, got issues with it

I feel the same way. I enjoy your take on cars and have appreciated all the twists and turns along the way. My mind works similarly although I haven’t actually gone through with it as often. In the past year alone I’ve obsessed over: a Porsche 992, Audi S5/rs5, Audi etron, and Porsche taycan. For the past month I’ve been obsessing over the Porsche taycan cross turismo running the numbers over and over to try and justify spending that much. Anyway I love your channel! :)
Ahahah, I’m not alone then! I love the taycan but it is too expensive for me here in Switzerland. That Cross Turismo is gorgeous

This video is just too good. Watched it a few times. So much has resonated with me. I’m in the four-ring camp just like you for a very long time. However the beautiful E-Tron GT is a bit out of reach… the i4 50M on the other hand costs about half of that? Looks pretty compelling. Understand it has different aesthetics to Audis; also not a ‘pure’ EV with the purpose built platform… however, all the stats look pretty good. Would you consider it?
For sure the i4 is an interesting one but we had a bad story with BMW and wife doesn’t want it anymore… How we say? Happy wife, happy life ☺️
A hybrid is a good mix of both. For example an A7
I always wondered if you can remap the petrol engine on the A7 TFSIe. I would love that car with around 450HP or more

I also love cars, all cars. For me EV during the workweek on busy roads and with speed controls, and ICE for the weekends and fun roads. I’m a lucky man with a Tesla Model S and a Porsche 992 Carrera S. 😉

Why haven’t you owned a full petrol Porsche? After owning three Teslas, I just ordered a 2022 Porsche 718 Boxster GTS. I will keep my Tesla model 3 Performance with FSD, which software in Beta is being release now to those who agree to share data, be scored, and are accepted based on their driving safety score. I like all cars too and cannot wait to ride around the mountain roads of Georgia and North Carolina in my Carmen Red 4.0L convertible sports car. And yes, Porsche is well known for its quality construction.
My dream was to get my first Porsche before turning 50… Well, I’ll be 50 next March and my plans have changed; I’m building my dream house and that took the priority. I can only afford one car and my actual one, fulfill my needs. In an ideal world, I would have an old 996 C4S
Lovely story telling WiZe. Like you I love my cars and tend to get bored of them within 2/3 years. I actually test drove an Audi A3 hybrid and was taken aback with how quiet it was. It was a strange experience even though the car wasn't full a EV. I have actually finally made the move to Audi now (My first German car experience) and will collect my A3 S-Line next month. While at the dealership I was looking actually at the E-tron GT and was staggered with just how good looking it was. As a die hard petrol head I would definitely consider an electric car in the future. Like you, I love all cars 😀
