why English is so important??? Hindi is a national language. sometimes qualified persons rejected due to poor English.
yes,.,,its true.,.u cannot judged the person from his language... rather.,.than knowledge, skills, experience etc.
NITEEN KARNE my question is that why hindi is so important for governement exams..Even in group discussions, people can talk in hindi..what if people dont know hindi, guess what happens, u people talks in hindi where people dont know hindi,dont know wt r u people saying....there are many people who qualified with highest marks in governement exams, but failed in group discussion because of north indians speaking in hindi...otherwise keep a interviewer who knows all languages..then people can talk in their own languages...

what really appreciated is patience of interviewer as he still continued
still the second part lacks so many aspects such as eye contact which is at 30%, then she is pausing after answering the interviewers question. . the interviewee much keep on speaking something useful until the interviewer asks further question(basically you have to tone down a bit by which interviewer will be able to know that you are about to end your statement and then quickly he will ask you another question). It is more like continuing speech process between the interviewer and interviewee
i can't find the thing that made you all laugh at them, they speak your language even if they had lots of mistakes but how about you? can you do the same and speak their language too ?
She is very much eligible should not make a fun as she is trying to learn , there are others who have been in convent high school and not able to talk english fluently . Please take her she will make you proud

Its ironic to see that people end up posting videos making fun of our own people. We know we aren't good in many things.. But instead of promoting and inspiring people we make fun if them. I think we need to grow up. And... To be a leader or any manager MBA isn't mandatory..

a girl have courage to talk in English even though she is not comfortable, many of our Indian brothers and sisters are facing these problems as they do not have the correct infrastructure and kind institutions to learn that much hard

Watz da big fun here ? She said she is not good in English. We speak Hindi & thatz our mother tongue. To drain money from Europe & US, at times we speak those languages too. If necessary, we will even speak French, Arabic & German. Any fucking problems ?

Well according to me we live in a country called India and over here we all speak Hindi and our primary language that is our mother tongue so English is not our staple language, if we would have English as our staple language than everybody could be speaking English fluently with amazing accent including the homeless people, but English is very needed in today's date so we have to be good at it. One thing I don't like about our society is that people who don't know English are judged as idiots and are of no use. where as if u see in China, you have to speak in Chinese in every situation over there no matter what. If u speak English or non Chinese language over there it's a huge insult towards the Chinese traditions and will be ignored if done so y can't we behave like that after all we are Indians no matter now good English we speak we r Indians and will always be and I am proud of it. That's all I want to say.

in today's life if someone doesn't have skills while talking with other person, if he/she pronouncing power isnt at the par (m not saying about the first half) but if a person speaks 's' as 'sh' the that person could be called as illiterate or send off from the job
but at the same time if a person speaks 'p' as 'ph' like speaking party in foreign accent like pharty thab that person would be called as a pass in interview

Asking the same set of questions is ridiculous. In GD/PI they GIVE SPOT QUESTIONS AND SITUATIONS. NOT PREORDAINED QUESTIONS OR SITUATIONS. So, the best way to put your message, is to ask different questions, random questions; only that, will measure your true potential.
