Sorry the audio got a bit lost near the beginning. In that portion.. I pretty much just said I respect Peter Mckinnons hustle and I dont hate on it and he deserves all the promotion that he gets...
With that said.. what are your thoughts on the Freewell Filters?
i don't think you're paying for the box bro.I wish that was the case, they're selling the new VND for the same price in a smaller box. I thought they should've came down on the price.lol..lol.. i enjoy your stuff keep up the good work . i think Mckinnon should have made his product affordable for his fans.smh.

Another easily digested informative video just got these both strengths and wasn't sure wether I also needed the ones without mist , but now am reassured that all is well . Going to go out shoot with my new sony a7s3 , very happy!

I just bought the 82mm Freewell Mist 2-5 VND for $110 on Amazon and the Polar Pro 1st edition 82mm 6-9 VND for $150 on Adorama (some kind of closeout sale going on now)! I think I'm gonna be very happy when they arrive :) I think it may be worth an extra $40 to get the polar pro 1st edition over a Freewell, but we'll see.

Awesome footage! But is it really necessary to use an ND when shooting slomo? I mean, will we really see a difference in motion blur between 1/125 or 1/5000?! Unless we shoot really fast sport shots?!
You don't. But sometimes you want to use that slow mo in regular motion... And there is what screws things up

still wouldn't buy this or PM PolarPro, there are decent filters (ND's not mist etc) out at a decent price (not in the hundreds) like K&F concepts, personally I have one and no issues with it, works well with no colour cast or X in the image
