@@johnramirez5032 Hi John. As you say this does seem to be an incredible coincidence that an unassuming very talented opera singer happens to walk by. However the area looks to be Covent Garden in London, home of the Royal Opera House only a few hundred yards away,. Also it is bang smack in the middle of the West End where Opera is also performed at the Colosseum nearby. Bear in mind that not every trained opera singer can get work in opera and end up playing their talents in the West End musicals. She is extremely talented and it is a shame that nobody had the time to just stop and appreciate her talent.
Beautifully sung - and without a warmup! I can't believe that people were just walking on by. I would have hit the brakes so fast I might have broken something, to listen to such wonderful music as that... Thank you both for the unexpected gift.
I would love to hear more from this talented voice so pure in her intonation. i’ve been thru a very rough period lately losing my wife of many years having covid and then losing my dog. my sister has been diagnosed with cancer and my own health has gone down a lot. this is the first item in my morning and how beautiful the pianist and to then listen to this purity of voice what a beautiful start to my day. thank you and Iintend to listen to this many times. you both have brought peace to my world .
This is the umpteenth time that I have watched and listened to this young lady sing this song. I still got chills and had to wipe a tear from my eye. Such feeling, performed with modesty... Such a flawless voice and moving performance... ❤ I think I have loved music since before I was born (with my mother playing music and singing for me while she was pregnant with me). I cannot remember a time when I was more moved by someone performing a song than this. Too often, musicians perform for the critical listener. This woman, though, looked and sounded like someone who was singing from the heart. What a heart! How I wish I could see and hear more of her singing -- not as a performer, but just expressing herself. That, to me, is what music is all about. Feeling.
This dear lady (Jessica Norton) sings this so wonderfully. What brilliance, to perform this cold, without vocally "warming up", and crucially in a manner without artifice or exaggeration, simply pure, and completely appropriate for this piece.
A well trained human voice on top of her innate voice and skull shape. Very good, very pleasant to hear. No idea what an angel sounds like but unlikely to be defined by western European choral music and the buildings designed to handle it
Wow, she was damned good! Just pulled off the street, no chance to warm up her voice and she starts belting out those beautiful soprano notes! As others have said in the comments, how can you not stop and listen to that and appreciate it? I'm looking at her thinking man, she'd normally be on a stage in a beautiful gown singing that. Beautifully done young lady, beautifully done.
Watching for the second time here after a day or so and it came to my mind that maybe she was already warmed up from some prior thing/practice. Doesn't diminish her greatness a drop tho
Had I the chance opportunity to be passing by as this performance was happening, I'd have stopped dead in my tracks and listened, in reverence and gratitude. What a rare and beautiful moment...and to watch people just walking by as if these God-given gifts happen all of the time. Heartbreaking. Bravo to the young lady with the voice of an angel, to our wonderful pianist, but mostly to God for giving us this gift.
Notice, she sang this cold. No warm up, no vocal stretches, cold. That is talent.

And he just tells her good at the end? That was not the response I was expecting. She was awesome! And also took the time to sing with him. She talented and kind.
I think it was so good that he was a bit lost for words lol
❤❤❤
The young lady is so talented, peaceful and humble and gave of herself completely to the moment. Her voice is effortless and melodious and the hymn came through as a complete spiritual message. Its Diwali as I hear this and I can feel the blessing. Thank you to both of you.
This lady is very talented , so beautyful it gif me chills and tears in my eyes
I waa brouvht to tears too. What are the odds of this being a chance circumstance? To be a musician of talent is hours and hours of work. Those two are phenomenal together. I learned how to play guitar . I appreciate music and talent when i see it. Those people walking by are clueless. I'm so glad and fortunate to see such beauty that words cannot do this justice. . Thanyou for making my day.

Hi John.
Gee, almost as if it wasn’t spontaneous after all?
absolutely, some people do see (or hear) what right under the noses?
That was wonderful I would have thought more people would have stopped to listen to these two wonderful performances ❤
I don't understand how people can just walk by this glorious duo. So beautiful, that's true talent!
Appointment, jobs etc. People do have lives and sometimes, even if you wanted to stop, you may have other important obligations.
@@lesterross1 the point is though that many people had no interest whatsoever in this cultural feast. So sad.
Bless you Ray!
i wish you well
I am sending good wishes your way!!
God Bless you, Ray.
Listen to music a beautiful balm for illness and worries.
My dad's favorite song, he DEMANDED that it was sung at his funeral. The was accomplished by a voice just like her voice, beautiful!!
Feeling.
Beautiful voice! Thank you for putting a smile on my face. 😊
Amazing! Thank you both for a beautiful display of talent 👏
This dear lady (Jessica Norton) sings this so wonderfully. What brilliance, to perform this cold, without vocally "warming up", and crucially in a manner without artifice or exaggeration, simply pure, and completely appropriate for this piece.
Heavenly. 💓.
How touching to the soul is God's gift of music - beautiful - thank you for sharing 💖
The voice of an Angel. She touched my soul. Beautiful!
Such a beautiful singing voice she has. And well played, Brendan!
Please keep doing what you're doing.
She has the voice of an angel. God bless you both for sharing that!
She has the voice of an angel ❤❤🎶🎶🎶🎼🎼
A well trained human voice on top of her innate voice and skull shape. Very good, very pleasant to hear. No idea what an angel sounds like but unlikely to be defined by western European choral music and the buildings designed to handle it
A taste of heaven.
What a lovely encounter ❤
She hit the first note and i was hooked. The young lady did not disappoint. Good luck to her
BEAUTIFUL !!!! PEOPLE are too self centered to take the time to to Enjoy a BEAUTIFUL SINGER ... LOVE YOUR VOICE LITTLE ONE !!!👍🎶🎶💘🙏🇺🇸
As a Catholic who has heard this beautiful song many times, these folks did a proper rendition!!
Thank you for sharing, your piano skills with her stunning voice was amazing!!
Unfortunately to be on stage or record you need connections. Perhaps she is.
Only one word for this impromptu performance
....MAGICAL.
Beutiful Voice from that young Girl fantastic talent out there 👏 😊
Such a beautiful song and she sang it so well. It always sends shivers down my spine.
❤️
And tears of pure joy. I heart skipped a beat at the intro.
It’s a hymn not a song, it’s the Hail Mary
Both are very talented. She just starts belting out notes perfectly!!!! Without warming up, they both just go to it!! That really is amazing.
Can we have an encore in the near future from you both Amazing 👏
Watching for the second time here after a day or so and it came to my mind that maybe she was already warmed up from some prior thing/practice. Doesn't diminish her greatness a drop tho
There are some truly gifted singers in this world, that young lady is one of them! Absolutely beautiful!
Surprising and a beautiful voice
So very beautiful. I came back two weeks later and watched this again. Such beauty in an insane world.
MUSIC IS POWER OF LIFE ,BRENDEN YOU ARE THE MAN WHO DELIVERS THAT, ONE OF A MILLION ,
Oh my... ! She's an angel! Thanks for this wonderful performance.
