Cha CA is usually eaten with Vietnamese vermicelli n the sauce is pungent mud looking shrimp paste sauce. Gotta check out that restaurant. Didn't know it has the viet cusine flare there. Will say Matt sent us.

If you ever find yourself in Northern Minnesota fishing our fantastic lakes you are always welcome at my fire. I fish a lot of walleye and lake trout from a canoe and during the hard water season which lasts a long time in the north country, I like to ski to remote lakes. peace
i'm from minnesota as well and I would like to see some ice fishing if he ever decides to try it

there is a appreciation donation you know.. i do that as well. i used to know the owner of a Ipho restaurant and she loves fish so after our fishing trip, we drop by the restaurant and she prepared a couple of our catch and in appreciation we gave her a few fish.

Halibut ceviche is my favorite food... it's amazing with avocado, red onions, shrimp, and scallops (and maybe some spicy peppers added in). And of course, crispy buttered toast on the side.

As a Caribbean islander who also lived in the Philippines, I was a bit surprised to see turmeric being used. Turmeric grows wild in my country and is also widely used,, it has numerous health benefits... I loved this vid man,,, yeow!! Pare Jun, kamusta ka?. (p.s) we don't fillet fish. the whole thing is eaten .
