My Video Diary: Prologue - How did it come to this?

This video will serve as my starting point. My thoughts, feelings, and fears about confronting the parts of me I want to change and finding the pieces of me I want to improve. As I approach 30 years old I have come to a crossroads in my life where I needed to decide if this is who I really wanted to be for the rest of my life. And if not, what can I do to fix it in the short time I have left in this chapter?
