I cook eggs on the fire all the time. I just dont use the stick Poke a hole and sit them upright next to the fire while you cook other stuff (potatoes/bacon etc) then the are all done at the same time.
I have seen eggs cooked on a stick in Thailand, in streetfood stalls. Awesome to see and brings back memories of happier times. 💯❤👍
Saves you from cleaning up a pan and you don’t need to wait for water to boil either. Amber was happy to partake in this experiment. She is so adorable. Thanks for sharing. Be well til the next one.

Absolutely true
Did that decades ago when I still ran with the scouts. Neat little hack to get some protein if you dont have a pan, though a few of my fellow scouts had theirs burst open after leaving them in the fire for too long.
Still, the smoky flavor is tasty.

So it's been a month since this video was done, and I've discovered that in the game Stranded Deep you can harvest seagull eggs from nests and cook them over fire on a ""Stick""!! Wouldn't have believed it could actually have been done if not for you.

Learned two thing here. How hard boil an egg with out a pot, and dogs like eggs. :《)
You could have boiled a dozen eggs in the time it took to put it on the stick and then cook it. LOL! They would have looked better too. =)

Dont really see how stepping in a pile of sticks every time you walk to check on your egg is necessary pretty stupid filming. but you did cook and egg on a stick! Just like almost everyone I know has been doing since they were about a 9 year old boy Scout! TREMENDOUS ACCOMPLISHMENT! At least they don't risk stumbling every time they walk it is unsafe. I don't understand why it is so important for some people to think they "impress" others. No One cares!
