    Here is a long sample of high definition brown noise which I have then deepened and tuned to the 432hz frequency. Many claim that this frequency is more in line with our ears and effect us more strongly than the standard of 440hz. Let your ears be the judge on this relaxing pure deep noise. Please let me know in the comments below if it resonates with you more strongly than other ambient noise not tuned to 432hz.

    Im autistic and therefore find noise very overstimulating. I also have tinnitus, so I never experience silence. Those don't mix well. However discovering brown noise has helped immensely. It's not silent, but I find the lower pitch covers my tinnitus so well that I feel deeply relaxed, and its one of the few things that does that for me.

    I live in a summer tourist destination city, it's so crowded and noisy at all times. I have trouble sleeping at night, bringing me to panic attacks if I can't tune out of the screaming, loud conversations and laughter outside, car alarms, noises in general.
    I used to play ASMR videos to help me relax and drown out the rest, but the problem with them is - no matter how good and calm it sounds when I am listening to it awake, when I try to relax and sleep, there is always an intrusive unexpected sound in the video, that startles me and prevents me from fully relaxing.
    This is the first brown noise that sounds clear, uninterrupted by weird mini-pauses in the sound, unintrusive, soft (unlike all the other airplane cabin, fan sounds etc I listened to)
    Thank you!

    I’ve been playing this for my daughter since she was a newborn.. she is now 4 lol We both love it especially during wind down time.. sometimes I catch myself waking up and not realizing how fast I’ve fallen asleep listening to this - calms her and helps her fall asleep pretty quickly as well

    This is THE BEST noise to sleep to. I listen through bose noise canceling headphones. The are a little bulky but very light on my head and ears. Sometimes i get up and totally forget they’re on and the noise seems normal. 😊 which is great until a family member who ive apparently but accidentally woken up bc im being louder than i would be because im in my own little happy world, but they will scare me death tapping me on the shoulder. But its pretty funny after the initial scare. Totally worth it for such great sleep!👍🏽 thank you for making this!!!! I highly recommend this for anyone who is a light sleeper. Every little tiny noise used to wake me up even with white noise makers going. It was extremely frustrating! Now i dont hear anything except peaceful noise and can typically sleep 7 hours straight for the first time in my life!!!

    I love the take-off while flying, for me it's the best part, feeling those engines roar to life, the whole plane shakes and it's then you feel the power of those engines, then the plane races down the runway and up she goes, In seconds all the buildings and houses look like models. Never gets old for me.

    What Device does everyone use to play this while sleeping? I used my Bluetooth speaker and sleep during the day because I work overnights. Maintenance crew comes by once or twice a week and does lawn maintenance for the condo housing community I live in. They are literally outside from 9-3:30 on the days they come, come by my window several times during that one day. It’s ridiculous. I have to have this on full blast in order to drown out their mowers. However this noise it blew my speakers. I was told to try pink noise but when I listened to the different color noises, this one is most soothing. I literally used an Anker soundcore motion boom speaker. Which I loved. Idk what to do. Playing through my cell phone it doesn’t drown out the mowers and listening to via headphones is uncomfortable while trying to sleep. I tried regular ear plugs sans noise/music and I didn’t find any comfortable or noise cancelling either.

    • @trashpandaqc
      @trashpandaqc Před rokem +1

      yeah it's not really "tuning" since noise, by definition, doesn't have a pitch, it's every pitch at once. but there can be a pattern to which pitches are louder, which is the difference between the different "colors" of noise. so I'm guessing this is filtered so the loudest bands are around 432 hz, but there's still a lot of other stuff.
      (just sayin, give credit to the noise for being relaxing, not 432 hz mumbo jumbo ;))
