    Here is another pure deep relaxation noise which is great for focusing and even getting to sleep. It works best when your speakers have a wide range with a subwoofer or a pair of headphones but this noise one has also been equalized to work with many phones and tablets to some degree. It should also be great for aiding in meditations and in drowning out other annoying noises that may be in your current environment.

    I suffer from low frequency noise. When it gets really bad I use this super deep brown noise. It stops the terrible humming/noise and the trembling and relaxes me. Thanks for making this. It helps me lots.

      @@carlogambino1979 sound with a low frequency. Under 100 hz. When its under 20 hz its called infrasound. A certain percentage of people is really bothered by it. They hear a low humming sound, often accompanied by unpleasant vibration, pressure on their head etcetera. Keeping them stressed and awake. It’s often caused by big industrial things, windturbines, ventilation installations etc. Look for information about ‘the Hum’. It’s a worldwide problem. More and more people are suffering.

      I'm sry, it's probably even worse with you guys, but I feel you, I have it similar since years now or even since I'm a child...(before also sometimes less and sometimes stronger I guess...)
      I also want to feel that! 😞 (at least sometimes!) because I want to concentrate on certain things/"meditate", relax. etc....
      especially the non-important/nonsense thoughts that pop Up in us, to get rid of them, we don't need them!!

    this reminds me of when I got to stay out at this Navel base hotel as a kid. the beach/ocean was so close to the hotel you could hear it in the room as you fell asleep. this sounds a lot like that. takes me back to the happier moments of my childhood.
    Update: I now work at the Naval base in question and am considering joining the U.S Army or USMC once I graduate.

    Ooh, this is nice! Never head of brown noise before. I usually listen to the sound of rain, which I totally love. But this is really soothing. It sounds totally like I'm on an airplane flying at cruising altitude. I'm listening on my PC, and interestingly, I didn't get the airplane effect until I put in my earbuds.

    I once visited a wooden house at the top of a mountain around 2860 meters above sea level, in the night it was very windy and this sounds exactly like it. I slept 3 nights there and I will never forget that experience.

    This reminds me of the time I was in my bathroom closet during a category 5 hurricane. The roar of the storm was frightening, but not this because I know it's not really a hurricane. It's just computer generated noise.

      That's so interesting you mention that, I used to do that a lot as a little kid when I was by myself and it was really soothing. I think this deep brown noise is the most soothing and least stressful sounding of all the colors. I wonder if some people just have a lower internal pitch pipe to resonate with.

    This helps me sleep, definitely. It amazes me when videos supposedly to help one sleep include high frequency bits like piano or tinkling bells.

    Thank you so much for making this video!! Other videos have a higher pitch, and this one is perfect for me!! I actually use this to sleep to all night long. I have a hard time getting to sleep, but I've trained my mind that when I hear this sound it's time to sleep. it has been so wonderful!! Thank you! It has allowed me to get to sleep and stay asleep.
