Every molecule of water has passed through an animal in the history of this planet. I would humbly suggest that when tasting people on the water, that using single-use throwaway plastic cups is a disconnect. I’ll happily take my beer via a glass, or from a can, but never plastic. If using recycled water (again, like every other drop on the planet), all the better.
Ask her how many millions of gallons of water they use to make their beer ? Cause if you are not a beer drinker you are still paying for that precious water .
They want to pollute and charge you for water.

@@danielstewart8339 until technology catches up we are stuck with desalination plants that take a lot of energy to run. I don’t think batteries would do it. Nuclear would someday work. I don’t see how wind or solar would work and the plants are needed now before an emergency catches up to us

In my humble opinion, this report was biased and misleading for beer sales. If this report was fair and non-bias, the report would have been more about ultra purified water and it's used in the beer making process.
The taste test should have been used with ultra purified water against other disinfected and other purified water systems. However this report was skewed towards the beer, because only beer that was being tested, not the water! In my opinion it would have been a better report that would have been proven beyond a reasonable doubt the water really made a difference. Why did they not interview people that worked in the water industry? How about using people that reside and work 300+ miles away from Scottsdale Arizona? I live over a thousand miles away from the Scottsdale Arizona area, therefore, I don't have a horse in the race.
Redo the report and make it fair and balanced using the people whose living is made in the water industry as opposed to random beer drinkers? Do a random test of 11 or 13 people using water and then and only beer made from the ultra purified water. Why not start building multiple desalination plants across America?
