If you don't already have one, put a panhard bar on your Zephyr. It really helps with tracking under heavy load.

That car is legit. Coyote Power is great. But a nice 9.2 or 9.5 deck Windsor stroker. Is what I would of put in. But very nice killer Fairmont.
So same cost of a coyote...but less power potential....makes sense.
