I love how crazy the Thai take everything. Their food is spicy, their cars are crazy, they skipped boxing and went straight to kickboxing with barely padded gloves. They are just too cool.

This is just EPIC! A superb idea in so many ways! The drivers really need all the help they can get during these sad and strange times. We all look forward to our future trips to the Land of Smiles and Phuket/Patong will be one of my first stops for sure! Keep up the great work man!

Funny how every culture and every person can express themselves through a vehicle. True art forms in motion. Philippines has similar car culture along with their jeepnes I think you would love the island there too. Man i’d love to see you make a drag race with jeepnes one day haha. This video reminds me of the 90s era. Headlight. Tail light conversions, crazy monster tech shift lights. Fiberglass In car audio setups, turbo chargers and built engines. This was so cool back in the days. Thailand still showing originality to the fullest. Today things are dumbed down with really stupid restrictions here in the U.S we cannot express our art forms in anyway like this due to regulations esp in CA. it would be illegal having this much fun. Memories bro. Truly awesome. Respect. Keep up the awesome vids.

We used to have cars modded like this in Australia in the 00s but the fashion changed and now everyone just wants bolt on flairs and a crackle tune. Custom cars were actually custom back then. They call it the sex spec era that was huge in Sydney.

Adorable Hello Kitty Turbo Taxis. It’s on my bucket list for my next Phuket trip. Unfortunately, a lot of tourist avoid taking these taxis cos they “charge too much” starting at 200baht. Ironically the same group of tourist would pay 5000baht for a booze in one night. Frankly I don’t mind paying 200baht for a short ride. After currency conversion, it’s not even $10. Thank you Chad for featuring them here on your channel. Bless you 🙏🏼.

Oh yeah - Phuket is shot to sh**. Boarded up businesses everywhere, especially Patong where these guys operate.
Handing out cash likes this goes a long way with the locals, they sustain themselves on a weekly budget "we" blow out in a single lunch.
man, I was on the "help them out" side of this until your comment. You're right though.. no a taxi meter to be found anywhere on the island. Always having to negotiate a fair price is exhausting/agrivating. Why is Bangkok the only place where taxi meters are standard?
