    If you practice like this , you could actually join an international club or national team through selections. Try :)

    A tip is to keep your head up while dribbling 😊

      Wrong ❌.. U can't dribble while keeping ur head up all the time... Even Messi doesn't. ... U JUS NEED TO TAKE GLANCES AT UR TEAM MATES AND THE OPPONENTS....

    It was more like hazard kinda

  • @PitchPro7
    @PitchPro7 Před 2 měsíci +3

    Is this actually Messi’s dribbling routine?

  • @rkfootball3409
    @rkfootball3409 Před měsícem +7

    you dribble more like hazard. And these repetitive cone drills are useless, you should do freestyle dribbling, imagine a game situation

    Do you realy think that MESSI did some stupid drills like this to become this good?Do you realy think that MESSi did something restricted to become this good?Do you realy this that MESSI think during games?So, to be good like MESSI you should be in the zone being in the flow state(that is where you dont think, where everything happends naturaly,and that is something like playing video games when you play like 2 hours and fill like 15 minutes passed (thats is because you been in the zone)).And everything you showed in this video puts you away from flow state. So if you think during 1v1 you already lost.And what puts you closer to flow state is unrestricted play and having fun like: small sided games, unrestricted dribbling( go on the field and just imagine players coming to you and go past them with the first dribbling that comes to you mind). AND THATS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DRIBBLE BETTER.No cone drills no passing drills and any other restricted play that puts you into thinking. And thats it.

      messi just trained hard and had some talent on him thats it

    • @minhho7625
      @minhho7625 Před měsícem +4

      Yes, be in the zone in the game. Anyone can be in the zone, just like you said. But the speed and muscle memory distinguish players. I agree Messi has talent, that you cannot train for. But taking 2 persons one trained, so he has better muscle memory and speed. One did not. Both in the zone on field, Of course one has trained will be faster, fluent in his dribbling. Of course, you also need small sided games,... to train your reaction, mind.

      firstly flow state may help u dribble but you dont need it to be at least good at dribbling secondly, yes these drills may not put you at flow state but if that means those dribbling drills wont put you into flow state it also means all the dribbling drills wont put you in flow state either, thirdly, yes these probably are'nt messi's drills but messi obviously dribbles through cones to get better. so you clearly dont watch football and if you do you have only been watching it for under a month or 2. also these drills arent stupid.
