Crispy Sweet Potato Balls

CRISPY SWEET POTATO BALLS 地瓜球 🍠
Currently in my crispy sweet potato ball phase and I immediately bought this instant version from san quan (三全) at my local supermarket to try it. Threw it in the air fryer at 180c for 15 minutes and it was so good!!!
